What I really appreciated though was how the Navigli area comes alive in the evenings — you’ve got aperitivo spots and canal-side walks right at your doorstep, but the apartment itself sits just far enough from the main action that you can actually sleep.

The two-bedroom setup works really well for small groups or families. The room sizes are generous by Milan standards, and everything feels fresh and modern without being sterile.   Det var ingenting bra med boendet. Först var inte bra behandlat med personalen. Vid incheckning skulle vara 10 på morgonen men vi har kommit klockan 17 och var fortfarande lägenheten inte färdigt, menar jag var städerskan inne i lägenhet och städer och vi väntade ute ungefär 15-20 min. Det var också insekter i lägenhet. Temperaturen ibörjan var så kalt och sedan stängde AC på natten så blev jätte varmt. Kunde inte justera på grund av justering var från centralen. Jag rekommenderar inte att hyra från det bolaget, jätte dåligt service och inte bra bemötande.

  L'emplacement était au top, nous avons apprécié la présence proche des transports en commun.
  Les lits sont de bonne qualité, la présence de la clim est un plus dans cet appartement.
  La taille du logement est confortable pour notre famille de cinq personnes
  
  What could be improved: Le logement manque clairement d'équipement. Dans la cuisine, il n'y a quasiment pas de vaisselle (pas de verres, pas de petites cuillères, peu d'assiettes…). La propreté n'était pas toujours top (douche qui fuit énormément, presque inutilisable pour les enfants, quelques gros tas de poussière sous les lits).

  The only thing that was ok ,it was the location. Everything else felt like a paid nightmare.
  
  What could be improved: Upon arrival you need to open several doors to get to the apartment (some times accessible, sometimes not).
  We managed to open the door after different tentative.
  From the check in time at 15:00 till 20:00 it was not possible for us to go out as a family because the door couldn't be locked so some of us were needed to stay inside for safety issues.
  The customer care was not able to help us, we were lucky enough to meet by the stairs the owner of the house who knew the lock code of the property.
  After that we were able to go out but only to discover that coming back we did not have hot water to run baths. The same thing applied or every day of our stay and the customer service informed us that no one could help us but the last day when the check out was at 10:00 am. Soo 3 days, cold showers.
  The sink in the bathroom was clogged and we needed to wait 15 minutes for it to be empty in order to brush our teeth, let alone our face.
  At the door you see that is requested to be quiet after 22:00 but around the apartment you can hear dog barks and angry neighbors who talk loud on the phone.

  What could be improved: Po zapłacie za apartament musiałam się zameldować przez aplikację i dołączyć zdjęcia dowodów osobistych wszystkich osób, ponad to musiałam podpisać umowę na meldunek z dużymi karami za wszelkie uszkodzenia w apartamencie (to ryzykowne i dające duże możliwości wynajmującemu). Zbyt dużo formalności. Wejście do apartamentu bez dostępu do internetu nie jest możliwe…

  much more spacious than I expected! clean and cozy feel.
