  Die Einrichtung befindet sich etwa 1,5 Kilometer vom Ausgang der Stazione Centrale von Mailand entfernt (immer den Bahnstrang entlang. In einem Flur liegen dann mehrere Gästezimmer, die Haupttür wird über eine Fernsprechanlage geöffnet. Der reservierte Raum war jedoch nicht zugänglich, eine Klärung erfolgte über WhatsApp letztendlich erfolgreich und ich bekam ein anderes Zimmer. Das war durchaus in Ordnung und sauber.
  
  What could be improved: Wenn ein Zimmer zugesagt wird, sollte das auch zur Verfügung stehen. Es sollte dann keiner weiteren Nachfragen (hier kurz vor Mitternacht) bedürfen. Allerdings wurde das Problem relativ schnell gelöst.

  The location was quite good, nice, and the flat was very clean with mostly quite good modern furnishings. Not 100% sure about the cleanliness of the bedding, it was maybe just very old and used. The flat is managed remotely and the owner or manager seemed responsive and ready to assist. No major problems arose. I would have liked to give at least a six but see below.
  
  What could be improved: Electric cut out twice, once in the evening and once during the night. The system obviously can't handle multiple occupancy. I found the mains switch and restarted it the first time, and during the night someone else got up and did the same. Shower head broken and badly installed — not a good experience at all. The profile mentions bathrobes and toiletries — there were no bathrobes and one candy-twist sized soap nugget per person, that's all. I KNOW people will choose this option because it's one of the cheapest but it does not fulfil the basics.

  What could be improved: The property is a good 20 minutes walk, the bathroom had some kind of smell, the shower had no handle to place it, so it was impossible to wash your hair for example. The cleanness was also questionable. It's okay for just sleeping one night, but nothing more.

  What could be improved: Lokalizacja jednak nieco oddalona od dworca, z 10 min. piechota, ręczniki nie chłonęły wody i zostawiały nitki, kabina nieco mała. Brak kubków i małego choćby czajnika. Drabinka na górne łóżko z rurek czy prętów, niewygodna do wchodzenia.

  Easly accesable, good shower presure, close to the railway station, there are many restaurants and a grocery store nearby, remote check-in.

  What could be improved: The bunk bad was very unstable and small, it was dangerous to reach it or get down. The room was small, but adequate.

  What could be improved: The sign with the name of the hotel is really small, it is hard to find it especially in the evening or at night.
