The neighborhood itself is pretty residential — lots of locals, a few cafes, and that authentic Milan vibe you don’t get in the tourist zones.

The room I stayed in was larger than I expected for Milan standards, which honestly surprised me. It’s clean, functional, and has everything you actually need — though don’t expect luxury touches or fancy amenities. The bed was comfortable enough, and there’s decent storage space if you’re staying more than a night or two. What I liked most was how quiet it gets at night, since Via Zumbini isn’t a busy street.

They gave me solid recommendations for places to eat nearby (there’s this little trattoria around the corner that locals frequent), and they were straightforward about transport options.   Easy and affordable accomodation. Metro station is 10min walking. The room wasn't really beautiful but practical.

  The accommodation was good for the price and the reception person was really nice! Good public transportation connections and quiet but lively neighbourhood.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately we weren’t informed that they are constructing the facade of the building. A loud drilling noise started around 8am every morning except sunday and also the window was fully covered because of the construction work. I think it’s fair to inform possible guests before about things like this before booking, since some people may see it as a reason not to choose this accommodation 🙂

  Building was in reconstruction during our stay, but works were just to afternoon and then it was ok. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location was nice and calm, just near is school and playground, so if you have problem with children's voices and plays you need to close windows. If you want short stay with low cost accommodation it's the best choice. Room was clean and there is everything you need.. towels, hairdryer, plates, glasses, fridge, cutlery, big closet and shared kitchen
