  I miei nonni hanno soggiornato presso La Terrazza in un momento particolarmente delicato, subito dopo un’operazione importante. Fin da subito, abbiamo trovato non solo uno spazio accogliente e ben curato, ma soprattutto una grande umanità. La disponibilità e la comprensione dimostrata dai padroni di casa hanno fatto davvero la differenza.
  
  L’appartamento è luminoso, ampio e con una terrazza meravigliosa che regala un respiro di tranquillità nel cuore della vera Milano. È stato il luogo ideale per ritrovare un po’ di serenità e sentirsi a casa, anche lontani dalla propria.

  Przestronne komfortowe mieszkanie, dobra lokalizacja i dojazd metrem do centrum. Czysto i bardzo pomocny właściciel.
  
  What could be improved: Brak kawiarki – był ekspres na kapsułki, ale na —2-3 dni nieraz zakup całego pudełka kapsułek jest nieopłacalny. Brak kostek do zmywarki – zwykle na pobyt właściciel zostawia 2-3 kostki.

  Very spacious apartment with a large terrace, located in a very good place in the city. Kind and non problematic contact.
  
  What could be improved: I think the sofas in the main room have seen their best days 😉 and need replacing. They are dirty and worn out. Especially since they serve as an extra bed.

  What could be improved: The overcharge for the late check-in was disgraceful considering how much we pay for 2 nights and we left Monday at 2am so basically we pay for Monday for nothing so at least because of that they shouldn't charge as extra 70eu for late check in.
  
  The house was listed for 6 people with 2 sofa beds but when we arrive the 2 sofas ware just normal sofas that they remove the back pillows. Terrible and not specified in the listing.
  
  There showers had not warm water for no more than 3 minutes and on the first day they're boiler was off and i had to find how to turn it off and fix it to make it work even though it wasn't really working because for 2 days nobody manage to take a warm shower in the cold winter.
  
  Generally for the price it was a terrible experience.
  
  Didn't enjoyed it at all and that's coming for the 6 of us.
  
  From the conversations we had we the owners they ware full of excuses and not very helpful or considered.
