The Porta Garibaldi metro station is maybe a ten-minute walk, and honestly, that’s perfect — close enough to zip into the centro storico, far enough to escape the chaos when you need to decompress.

My room was everything I didn’t know I wanted. The design strikes this perfect balance between minimalist and cozy — clean lines, warm woods, and these fantastic floor-to-ceiling windows that flood everything with light. What really impressed me was the attention to detail: proper blackout curtains (trust me, this matters), a coffee machine that actually works, and storage space that makes sense. You know how hotel rooms usually have weird layouts? Not here.

The breakfast situation is solid — nothing fancy, but fresh and well-executed with local ingredients that actually taste like something.   appartamento appena ristrutturato completo di tutto. Pulizia impeccabile e letto comodo. Nonostante si trovi in una zona molto trafficata, l'affaccio su cortile lo rende particolarmente silenzioso. Fermata metro Wagner a 10 metri. Consigliatissimo!

  Excellent location. The Watner metro station is approx. 100m far only.
  Easy to get everywhere. There are many restaurants nearby, just a few steps away.
  
  New apartman on the 2nd floor in a new building which was built on the heritage of an old house.
  
  A brand new, large elevator is available as well.
  
  Great design. Well equipped kitchen with high quality appliances. Nice bathroom with shower and bidet. Good mattress in the double bed. Washing machine and dryer available also.
  
  Nice staff with great communication over WhatsApp.

  Bel appartement situé à deux pas du métro Wagner donnant sur une cour au calme. Très propre, grand lit confortable et une cuisine bien équipée.

  What could be improved: First evening after dinner we arrived back to the apartment and there was 26 C degree as the thermostat didn't work and heating was on. Couldn't call the host, but on WA she wrote me it is the heating schedule in Milan, open the windows and start A/Cs. A/C doesn't really work, the airflow temp was not cold. 1st night, noise, lights, mosquitos and smoke coming in from outside. Host wanted to send a technician, but we already slept. Next day the host asked our permission to enter the apartment, I let her in assuming she will find a solution. When we arrived back after dinner it was 28C degree. She wrote lets wait for the technician which I refused as she had the whole day to solve this issue, beside this I am not paid to take care of their problems, I paid 200+ EUR for 2 nights for a comfortable, functioning apartment… we couldn't really sleep for 2 nights, which we will survive as we had nice time and eating great food in Milan.
  Be cafeful with high rated apartment with low number of ratings and the fancy names like luxury… luxury would be to solve the problem immediatelly…

  Super mieszkanie, nowe, czyste i mega wygodne. Przepiękne talerze i cała zestawa😍
  Bardzo blisko metra i przystanku tramwajowego. Ok 40 min pieszo do centrum. W okolicy sklepy, kawiarnie.
  Kontakt bezproblemowy z włascielem przez WhatsApp. Cała instrukacja wysłana WhatsApp.
