  What could be improved: Guys, never rent this apartment. This was the worst apartment I've taken.
  The main reason why I would never recommend it for someone is dirty.
  You know, I often stay at apartments. But it is usually it is clean! Unfortunately, I feel like the cleaner just threw away the trash and changed bed sheets. And he/she didn't wipe anything and didn't wash anything. I was shocked when I had found a messy shoes marks in the shower!!! Floor was so dirty that floor rag was black after I had cleaned it!Dishes were okay, for the first sight. But when I started looking closely, the dishes were all covered in some kind of oil and fat.
  I felt disgusted to sit on the sofa. This apartment is probably 10 years old, and I think the sofa has never been cleaned in that time.
  In general, the apartment is terribly untidy and uncomfortable. Everything is dirty. There are traces of exploitation and children on all the walls.
  Noise is a vast issue. You won't be able to sleep for a long time in the morning, because you can hear absolutely everything that happens on the street. The air conditioner is very noisy and is already not working well. All air conditioners must be serviced once a year, and the freon level must be replenished. I'm sure the owners of this apartment have never done this.
  I don't recommend this apartment to anyone. Despite the small cost, it is not worth even this little money.
  The management company is just disgusting about this apartment!It was the worst rental experience of my life!!!

  What could be improved: Apartman je u prizemlju i sve se cuje ispred kad prolaze ljudi, dva dana su radnici lupali i bušili na spratu iznad u ranim jutarnjim satima toliko da nismo mogli spavati. Imali smo problem sa klimom, bilo je hladno u vecernjim casovima

  The apartment i new and nice.It is also very clean.Badroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable.You have everything that you need there-coffee machine,hair dryer,clothing iron…

  The apartment was good, clean, and the location was good, too. Less than 5 min walk from the subway.
  Also, though there was some misunderstanding and miscommunication in the beginning we were let in the apartment even earlier than the mentioned check-in time. This is a plus.

  Very nice apartment for reasonable price. Owner gave us clear instructions how to find the apartment and how to obtain the keys to apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Milan. Metro stations are also very close to the apartment building and it is easy to get to Duomo and other parts of Milan from here.

  Proche du métro, l’appartement est neuf et tous les équipements nécessaires y sont présents !
  Literie très confortable et hôte au petit soin (lit d’hygiène et de douche, café etc)
  
  What could be improved: L’appartement est situé en rez de chaussée et donne directement sur la rue et sur le hall d’entrée ce qui fait qu’il est extrêmement bruyant. La fenêtre de la chambre donne sur une place qui est relativement passante de jour comme de nuit et la porte d’entrée donne sur le hall où se situe (la porte d’en face) un cabinet médical. Il y a donc beaucoup de passage et de bruit. Il n’y a pas de volets dans l’appartement uniquement des stores ou là lumières passe sur le côté. Il ne fait jamais donc nuit noire, les lumières de l’éclairage public étant allumées la nuit il y a toujours un peu de lumière dans la chambre notamment.
  
  Les personnes ayant le sommeil léger et sensible au bruit et à la lumière comme moi risquent de très mal dormir malgré la qualité de la literie
