• Great stay to explore Milan – De from Netherlands – 26 November 2025 (9/10)

  A great location to explore Milan. Not too from from the center which can be easily reached by Metro or car (LEZ-zones!) We were welcomed by Anna. She gave us a quick tour through the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious (we were with 2) and they are pet friendly. Parking in the streets costs about 12,50 EUR per day.
  
  What could be improved: Parking in the streets can be a bit of a challenge, especially evenings as everyone is home from work and it is difficult to find a spot nearby. If at all we need to mention anything negative about the accommodation it is only that it's a bit dated here and there, yet very functional.

  Отличная квартира. Магазины, метро, автобусы, в 3-5 мин от квартиры. В квартире все есть, чисто, тепло, уютно. Кто на машине, парковки нет от слова совсем. Мы иногда по 40 мин катались по кварталу ищя место.

  Very good location, easy to park on the street nearby and parking fee is affordable (13.2 euros per day or 1.2 euros per hour). Metro station is just a few minutes walk away. Supermarket and bakery also two steps away.
  
  What could be improved: The bedrooms are overlooking the main street so it is a bit noisy when three is traffic. You could also hear the TV from the neighbors in the evening. The main downside was the sofa bed in the living room which was very uncomfortable and a boat shaped i.e. if two persons sleep on it, they both find themselves in the middle.

  Die Wohnung war komfortabel und alles war großartig und in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Linie und die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich im Umgang.

  We had a pleasant stay with our kids, very good location for us, in search for a more private area but very close to metro station, really 15 min to the centre.
  Nice residential complex with quiet neighbours, private entrance through one gate.
  Our kids also enjoyed the local "clients" in the complex garden, the squirrells 🙂.
  We were welcomed by a very clean apartment, sheets, floors, towels, smelled very good, and 4 coffee pods, nespresso machine.
  Very big dressing in the bedroom, spacious apartment, many storage compartments.
  Outside view on both sides of the building, to the streets and the inner garden.Maybe here a little atention if you are not used to the traffic noise, but if windows closed with AC on, no issues whatsoever.
  Very good communication with the hosts, and easy process to get in possesion of the keys, with no complicated link codes etc.
  
  What could be improved: We encountered some issue with the shower temperature, it was too hot, and the adjusting knob should be replaced.
  The sofa in the living is a bit uncomfortable for longer stays.
  But in the end, no deal-breaker and nothing that cannot be easily fixed, especially for the good price/quality ratio 🙂

  Appartamento accogliente e completo di tutto, situato in un condominio curato e con custode.
  Servito benissimo dai trasporti ( fermata metropolitana a 200m). Lo terrò presente per futuri soggiorni milanesi. Consigliato.

  Location was alright, the host was very friendly and helped us resolve our issues quickly, it is located next to Inganni metro station, which helps with travelling around Milan to the main stations such as Milano Centrale or Milano Porta Garibaldi.
