  What could be improved: Alcune cose nella stanza che non funzionavano: il soffione della doccia, il condizionatore smontato, la maniglia della porta, la persiana che non si chiudeva completamente. Nell’insieme però la stanza corrispondeva alla descrizione e il soggiorno è stato ok. Un televisore ci starebbe bene.

  What could be improved: Llegamos y el pomo de la puerta estaba roto, la calefacción no funcionaba la cama estaba hundida en el medio, imposible dormir bien y la alcachofa de la ducha también estaba rota. Le pedimos soluciones y la única que nos dio fue que mandaba a un técnico pero teniendo que en cuenta que estoy de vacaciones no voy a estar desaprovechando mi tiempo esperándolo y evidentemente mientras nosotros estamos fuera tampoco queremos que entre nadie. He pagado por unos servicios en el alojamiento los cuales no he podido utilizar

  What could be improved: Schlüsselübergabe eine Katastrophe: erst Info zum Prozedere sehr spät erhalten, Keybox nicht zu finden, somit abends damit beschäftigt sich (als Gast!!) einen Zugang zu ermöglichen. Der Kunde darf alles selbst erledigen. Schlüsselbox auf der anderen Straßenseite, am Sonntag durch Mopeds verdeckt. Info zum Prozedere bei Rückgabe kam erst nach Abreise
  obwohl Vermieter zuvor wissen wollten ab war das Zimmer leer sein würde. Fazit: Booking sollte ausweisen ob ich als Reisender ein Hotel buche oder ein . War zuvor NICHT zu ersehen. O Service, "etwas" Benutzerführung durch schlechten Handykontakt. Mieter ist auf sich selbst gestellt, "digitale Präsenz" ersetzt keinen Betreuung!!
