But here’s what I really appreciated: you’re far enough away to avoid the chaos around the station, yet close enough that even with luggage, it’s totally manageable. The Porta Venezia metro stop is practically around the corner, and honestly, this puts you within easy reach of the Duomo, Brera, and the fashion district without paying those sky-high central Milan prices.

The Apartment Experience

This isn’t your typical hotel room — it’s actually a proper apartment setup, which means you get space to spread out and a kitchen that’s genuinely useful. I mean, having a real fridge and cooking facilities in Milan? That’s gold, especially when you can pop into the local markets and try your hand at cooking with Italian ingredients. The furnishings feel contemporary without being cold, and there’s enough storage space that you’re not living out of a suitcase.

Neighborhood Life

What struck me most was how this area comes alive in the evenings. There’s a fantastic restaurant called Osteria del Borgo just two blocks away that serves the kind of risotto that makes you understand why Milanese are so proud of their food. The streets here have that lovely residential buzz — cafes where locals actually go for their morning espresso, small shops that aren’t tourist traps, and tree-lined streets that make walking a pleasure rather than a chore.

  Beautiful accomodation and amenities nestled into a what feels like a traditionally styled Milan residential apartment complex which was such a great experience! Great location to a shopping district and perfect for those looking for accommodations close to the Milan train station.
  
  What could be improved: The door electronic opening of the key lock took some to understand how it worked, but eventually we got the hang of it.

  The property is far out from the centre unless you want to do the Metro which we didn't!
  
  What could be improved: Property had a few issues. Rain shower not connected properly to the ceiling. Not enough cutlery and no drying or dish cloths. Wallpaper was torn in the bedroom. Kitchen/Bathroom door badly stained needs a coat of paint.

  Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was very nice and clean. A big plus was the air conditioning, especially during the hot days. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the metro. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

  Very well equipped apartament ! Ideal to explore Milano and also close to the Central Train Station. Metro station is just couple of minutes away.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom door is stained, but otherwise clean. Make sure you get to the right entrance door into the apartment complex (there are several entrances which actually look the same but the entry codes are different ).

  The location was excellent, close to the Metro and shops for provisions. Just 2 stops away from the centre of Milan. I wasn't expecting such a spacious apartment and it had excellent amenities. The fresh juice, water and snacks on arrival was a lovely and unexpected treat. The communication and instructions from the host were fantastic. I would definitely return.
  
  What could be improved: The keyless entry was a little tricky to get the hang of at first, (especially because I have a poor network provider on my phone) but once we figured it out it was actually fine.

  This place is so amazing! It was the second best place (hotel/apartment) of this trip. Once I stepped into the room, I wished I could spend more nights there (The first plan was to stay there for 3 nights, but we moved 2 nights to Lake Como). The apartment was very beautiful, so clean, and well equipped. It deserves the name 'Luxury Apartment' it took. We had just one night, so I didn't use the washing machine. I love that they provide us with a free mini bar. We could eat and drink everything there. When you didn't buy enough drinking water for the night, it was great to have some prepared in the fridge. Biscuits helped us when we didn't have enough time to grab breakfast. The place was very warm and comfortable. I think they also provided a guide for places to visit.

  The best thing was how responsive and helpful the staff was. It was the only place I couldn't make amendments to the booking and I was a bit stressed as we decided the final plan very close to the date. But the staff helped us and it was finally amended according to the request. When I was there, staff replied to me almost suddenly every time I wrote them. The instructions to access the place was very detailed, but some parts were ambiguous. However, staff helped explaining to us until everything worked out. It was the first time I used the key application on my mobile phone to access the place. And they also helped with the left luggage. They let us leave luggage inside the room a few hours prior to the check-in time.
  
  What could be improved: The drawbacks, however, do exist. Although there is a lift, there are some stairs to climb. So it is a bit difficult if you come with big luggage, but not too bad. The main bed was big and very comfy, but the sofa bed was too soft. My brother said he felt a bit of pain in the back in the morning.
  
  And the location could be both pro and con of this place at the same time. While the place is so close to the metro station which is 2 stations from the main station (Centrale) and there is one exit that is just a few foot steps from the apartment building's door, that exit doesn't have a lift nor the escalator. Again, a big luggage mobility problem… And the neighbourhood was a bit not so nice. It was not very sketchy, but you could feel the odd atmosphere around you at night. You can avoid that by taking the closest metro exit and avoid walking around there at night.

  Centrally located, it was clean and the temperature could be altered with heat and air con.

  I liked that the apartment was very close to the metro station (Loreto), that it was modern and newly renovated, and that it was quiet and we could relax/sleep soundly. The quiet hours were respected by everyone, which is something to appreciate. Another thing that we enjoyed were the bonus snacks we got and that the beds were soft. The AC worked perfectly and was very useful for the hot weather.
  
  What could be improved: I personally didn't like the fact that there were no mosquito nets.
