The address puts you smack in Milan City Centre, and I mean really central — Via Torino is one of those streets where you’re walking distance from just about everything that matters. The Duomo is basically a pleasant stroll away, maybe ten minutes if you’re not getting distracted by shop windows. What I really appreciated is how easy it was to grab the metro or trams from here — the yellow line stops are super close, which saved me a ton of time getting to fashion week events and meetings across the city.

The apartment setup is what really sets this place apart from your typical hotel experience. You’ve got a proper kitchen (not just some sad mini-fridge situation), which came in handy when I wanted to grab groceries from the local markets and have breakfast on my own schedule. The room feels spacious by Milan standards — and trust me, space is premium here — with windows that actually open, letting in those city sounds that somehow make you feel more connected to the neighborhood.

Daily Life & Practical Stuff

Here’s what I found useful: there’s a decent restaurant scene right on your doorstep, from casual aperitivo spots to places where locals actually eat (always a good sign). The building itself is pretty quiet considering you’re on a main street, though you’ll definitely hear some city buzz — which I actually liked. Parking can be tricky around here, but that’s Milan for you; honestly, you’re better off using public transport anyway.

The 7.6 rating makes sense to me — it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it delivers on the basics really well. You get that authentic Milan living experience without the tourist trap feel, and the apartment-style setup means you can actually settle in for a few days instead of feeling like you’re just passing through. The staff knows the neighborhood well and gave me solid recommendations for everything from where to get the best coffee to which gelato place locals prefer (spoiler: it’s not the one with the longest tourist line).

  the property is exceptionally well located. close to the center and stations for transport. many restaurants and shops around. It is not a big apartment, but for 4 people it was ideal for us. The host provided support very quickly throughout the stay. I am very sorry that we did a mistake by leaving the keys in the apartment when we left.
  
  What could be improved: I can't say I didn't like something. everything was fine, however, a small aspect was related to the fact that I couldn't find toilet paper in the bathroom, but it wasn't a problem, it's something so minor that it can be considered an omission

  The apartment was perfect. There was a grocery store across the street.
  It was easy for us to have breakfast as there was kitchenware to prepare ourselves. I would recommend this apartment to others and would book again.
  
  What could be improved: The keylock needs to be exchanged as we had trouble opening it.
  Some small details could improve the apartment:
  – Fixing the toilet door as it made a lot of notice
  – Utensils (I do not know if other people took them)
