  Very clean, new (both the apartment and the building), in the area there are plenty of coffee shops, convenience stores, a night club etc. The apartment has a smart home system, which means that you do not need to fight with aircon. There is a washing machine. Good connection with public transport. The building is staffed with a 24 doorman and has a day time kids play room (unattended).
  
  What could be improved: We were initially unable to start the oven (it had a sofisticated lock) and the washing machine did not start. When I contacted the host over WhatsApp, he sent the directions for the oven and solved the issue with the washing machine the same day. No coffee machine.
