  The room itself was good, very clean and representative of photos.
  
  What could be improved: I did not understand that I wasn’t in a hotel but just a room in a building. Building itself is not very inviting and it was confusing to locate the room. The man at the front desk was rude. Had completed the online booking steps but room was not opening even though we were following the directions provided to us. Tried calling the numbers provided and nobody answered so was stuck at the door for about 20 minutes before the room would unlock. Not a good experience after a long international flight.

  Красивый номер, удобное бесконтактное заселение, есть все для комфортного проживания. Хозяин разрешил оставить вещи раньше, чем было заселение. 5 минут пешком до центрального вокзала.

  What could be improved: They forgot to send me any details to checkin or how to get into the building or room. This left me out on the street in the middle of the evening in the rain. When I rang them they said they did not understand, fortunately my Italian friend was able to talk to them on the phone. They then admitted they had forgotten to send me any checkin links for the property. If my friend did not step in to speak in Italian I do not think I would have been sent anything. Once in the property I hardly slept as the walls are so thin and unfortunately I had noisy neighbours. Very disappointed and cannot recommend to anyone.
