The building itself is typical Milanese — solid, unpretentious, with that weathered charm that grows on you.

Here’s the thing about this four-star spot — it’s positioned exactly where you want to be without feeling like you’re in the thick of tourist madness. The Loreto metro stop is practically around the corner, which means you’re connected to the entire city in minutes. But what I really appreciated was being walking distance from Corso Buenos Aires (hence the name, obviously) — Milan’s longest shopping street that most tourists somehow miss.

The Space Itself

The apartment setup surprised me in the best way. You get actual space to spread out, which is rare in Milan without paying through the nose. The kitchen isn’t just for show either — I mean, it’s compact, but you can actually cook a proper meal if you want to skip the €15 pasta tourist traps. The room felt bigger than most Milan hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, with decent storage and a window that actually opens (small victory, but you know how it is).

Getting Around

What sold me on the location was how easy everything became. The M1 line gets you to Duomo in about 15 minutes, and you’re not dealing with the crowds that pile onto the metro at Centrale. Plus, there’s this whole network of trams that locals use — the 33 runs right down Corso Buenos Aires and connects you to places like Navigli without the metro shuffle. Parking in the area isn’t impossible either, which matters if you’re thinking about day trips.

Look, it’s not trying to be the flashiest place in Milan, and that’s exactly why it works. You get the independence of having your own space, you’re connected to everything that matters, and you’re not paying Centro Storico prices.   The location is great and the appartment very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Also loved the balcony even though it isnt summer anymore. Also the person meeting us was great because we were late due to the plane and then the train beeing late but he waited for us without any complaint. Liked that there were some basics like salt, pepper, oil etc.
  
  What could be improved: The sofa not very comfortable and some rather small fixes could be done in the bathrooms. Toiletcover was broken (not attached) and the showerdoors also didnt want to stay in place.

  The apartment is located in a nice building that is well maintained. We liked the spaciousness of the apartment and the layout of the rooms. We were a little disappointed by the darkness of the apartment, it faces the inner courtyard, where there is not enough light and sun, so we did not use the balcony, although we chose the apartment because of it. The location is good as the subway is a few steps away from the building. There are shops and bars in the immediate vicinity. There were enough kitchen utensils, but there were no kitchen towels and sponges for hand washing, and there were also not enough garbage bags (only 1 pair). Given that we were in the apartment for 9 days, there was not enough toilet paper either. The beds were fine, but the sofa definitely needs to be replaced.
  We found a lot of dirty towels in the closet in the hall, if you are already using it to store dirty towels, it would be a good idea to lock the closet. Hoping that the flaws are removed or fixed, we would probably choose this apartment again if we came to Milan again.

  Very well maintained property and clean flat. Perfect to stay a family with children or 2 couples. Nice/safe neighbourhood, good accesible by all public transport.

  We liked place and apartment was cozy. All things was prepared better than we accepted. We really enjoyed staying by your place.
  
  What could be improved: We thought just one thing about kitchen – cooker hood wasn’t stable up to ceiling and for apartment where stay family’s you need bigger choice for plates. There wasn’t paper towels or even salt, pepper what should be lefted.
