Walking into this apartment, I was actually surprised by how bright everything felt. The modern renovation really works — clean lines, decent furniture, and those big windows that let in plenty of natural light during the day. The kitchen is properly equipped too, not just one of those token setups with a broken coffee maker. I made breakfast there a couple times and found everything I needed, from a decent-sized fridge to actual cooking utensils that weren’t bent out of shape.

Practical Comfort

The room layout makes sense for travelers who need space to spread out — there’s actual storage, which you don’t always get in Milan accommodations. Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during those sticky summer days. One thing to note: street noise is minimal considering you’re so close to the station, though light sleepers might want to pack earplugs just in case of early morning train announcements drifting over.

  The location is about 5 mins walk to central station
  
  What could be improved: The property is difficult to find and the owner is rude. The locks on the door of the apartment are faulty so we couldn’t get in at 1am (no fault of our own). Owner refused to send someone out to fix the locks until we sent money privately. It is also extremely loud and on a very busy road so all noise gets in. The shower is extremely small and bedroom is dark

  Comfortable and spacious apartment in a charming old building. Short walk from the train station, luggage storage just around the corner. Groceries and cafes nearby. Metro station is on the same square. Apartment has everything you need except for a microwave. Great modern TV set with a lot of programs
  
  What could be improved: The check-in process was remote and we did not receive the instructions until the last minute, which made us nervous. The host did not always respond promptly. The apartment was overall clean but certain spaces would benefit from the deep cleaning.

  Great location!! The apartment itself is beautiful. Pretty well planned. It has pretty much all amenities that one might need for a few days.
  The host, Federico was particularly helpful to me, when there was an issue with the key when checking in.
  Would highly recommend.
  
  What could be improved: Some minor things that would really make this place exceptional.
  Additional pillows. There were 2 there and they were absolutely fine. But 1 or two more would be better.
  Bedside table. Not that you cannot do without it, but good to have.
  Microwave.
  Honestly, none of these are major issues, but these things would truly make this an exceptional apartment.

  I really appreciated the shower actually being secured from leaks, meaning whem you close the doors and put the shower on that the water doesn’t end up on the floor. I travel a lot and sometimes the nicest apartments or hotels have this problem which is truly annoying. So this was really pleasant.

  The location of this house is ideal. It is only 5 minutes away from the central train station.
  
  What could be improved: But the house owner responds very slowly to booking messages. We had a lot of trouble finding the key when entering the house. The lights went out for some unknown reason 1 day before we left. The host asked for an extra fee for late check-in.

  Best location!! It’s a few minutes walk from central station and there is a metro station on the doorstep. Bus from the airport is a 2 min walk aswell. Apartment is so clean spacious and safe. It has AC for the hot days. Good water pressure too 🙂
