  Our stay at Hotel Matilde was amazing. We got an earlier check-in and felt truly welcomed. Our room was beautiful, with a balcony and nicely decorated for our anniversary. The room and the entire hotel were very clean. The location was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we definitely recommend the hotel.
  
  What could be improved: Because of one staff member (the breakfast waitress of Asian origin), we will not lower the rating, as the rest of the staff do their job perfectly and deserve a rating of 10.
  Unfortunately, we did not feel comfortable at breakfast. The waitress of Asian origin was extremely unpleasant. From the very first day, she served without interest and without a smile. We thought she was just having a bad day, despite us smiling at her, but unfortunately, this continued for the next two days. The height of rudeness was on the last day, when we were rushing to catch a flight. We informed her that we only had a limited time for breakfast and asked her for a coffee. She merely nodded without interest and continued restocking items from boxes on the buffet, even though it was already 7:20. Ignorance and unprofessionalism. Her unwillingness and cold attitude toward guests should be addressed by management. This waitress spoils the overall impression of an otherwise beautiful hotel and disrupts the work of other staff who are trying to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay. Such a person has no place in gastronomy or in a hotel if they do not have professional and friendly behavior.
