  I love everything about the room. Spacious (rare), clean and modern. Easy to find, near the famous Duomo, lots of restaurant nearby.
  
  What could be improved: The only 2 things that could improve. 1. The reception lady that works at the ground floor (not the host). Very unwelcoming, always looking at us suspiciously which we did not feel comfortable. 2. The bed is quite soft and we will roll down to the middle.
