  Awesome location just along the shopping street but yet quiet. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The staff Daniele was extremely helpful providing detailed instructions to access the apartment. When I told him I was going to be arriving after his working hours, he provided me with the number of his colleague who will be on duty and even recommended me a few places for dinner.
  
  What could be improved: The toilet was slightly below expectations as its rather small and dated but everything worked fine

  Staff is always checking in and offering assistance. Big and comfortable rooms, very clean and well equipped.
  And the location, wow, 3 minutes away from Duomo, transportation, restaurants and shops are steps away. The downside of such a central location is the noise.
  
  What could be improved: Noise all day long and through the night but expected with such a central location.
