  Overall, it's newly updated apartment in good condition, located in nice area.
  
  What could be improved: I stayed with this operator and experienced a clear bait and switch. The apartment address shown on Booking.com was not the real address. The correct address was only revealed after I completed a non refundable booking. They also told me the new address was two hundred meters away, but it was actually much farther. The elevator was not working and I was informed of this only after payment. There was also heavy construction noise that made it impossible to work or relax. Several critical details about location, access, and living conditions were either hidden or disclosed only after the booking became non refundable. I believe Booking.com and consumer protection authorities should review this operator for compliance.
