  What could be improved: The table was already worn out, as we sat around it with 4 people and within the first 20 minutes it was destroyed, the drawers were broken, the amount he asked us for the table was tragic and when we sent the matter to the owner, he never answered us, he was in a lot of trouble from the hustle and bustle.

• Gemütlichkeit nahe am Zentrum – Nicole from Switzerland – 11 October 2025 (8/10)

  Sehr zentral gelegen. Wir konnten zu Fuss via dem nahegelegenen Park in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr gemütlich. Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
  
  What could be improved: Unter der Wohnung hat es Bars und Restaurants. Diese waren bis halb vier Uhr morgens sehr laut. Da halfen zwar die sehr gut isolierten Fenster, aber der Lärm war trotzdem sehr stark. Wir waren jedoch übers Wochenende dort, wahrscheinlich ist es unter der Woche weniger laut.

  Brand new bathroom, modern kitchen, aircon in each room, portable fans… everithing extremely clean and comfortable. Great view over the street. Online check in, electronic lock with video instructions Great location around restaurants/bars/supermarkets/shopping/public transport. Wish we could have stayed longer.

  What could be improved: Niestety czystość można ocenić na 0. Kabina prysznicowa strasznie brudna. Dodatkowo zapchany odlyw więc trudno brać prysznic ( problem opisywany przez innych gości więc widać, że ten lokal tak ma). Naczynia niestety niektóre tak brudne, że nie dało się ich domyć. W apartamencie jest zmywarka, trzeba tylko pamiętać o tabletkach.

  Bedroom 1 size was good. Bedroom 2 is good for kids, not really for adults (as we were).
  
  What could be improved: Total neglect. The apartment hadn't been properly cleaned: the shower unit floor was slippery, the drain was blocked, the kitchen was grubby, including inside the drawers. There was a smelly and torn cloth on the kitchen tap from goodness knows when: I threw it in the bin because it stank. The 3 provided kitchen mugs were dirty inside. The stovetop was greasy. There were no other cloths with which to clean/wipe up. Nor any hand or kitchen towels (found a roll of paper towel in the utility cupboard). The inside of the fridge was clean. There were sweet wrappers in drawers in the bedroom (the least of our worries!). The host offered to get the cleaners in the following morning, but as that was our first full day in Milan, I didn't want to sit inside for the day minding our belongings and supervising the cleaners. A cleaner did drop off a bottle of drain clearing fluid which we used to clear the shower drain. The window blinds were broken, the dishwasher looked like it was falling, the kitchen drawers were hanging oddly. When I asked the owner whether he usually provided dishwasher tabs or any hand towels in the kitchen OR the bathroom, he just said "no". He later dropped off some dishwasher tabs when I pointed out that people rarely travel with them in their suitcase, and that they're a basic item for a kitchen. He said the kitchen wasn't really to be used, and that the booking.com site doesn't allow him to change items from their standard list of supplied items! We also asked him to check the door lock mechanism as it said "low battery" and we were sure we'd be locked out. He got a technician the following day to see to it. The street noise was abominable in the early hours. If I had not spent Euro800 for our 5 nights, and if I were able to justify the extra expense, we would have left immediately. As it was, we had to "make do" with what we had.

  I was traveling for business but thanks to PanfiRooms I felt at home. The house corresponded to the pictures, it was clean and very well located (15 minutes from Linate Airport and close to the metro station, 1 minute by foot). The host has also been helpful with any question I had. Recommended.

  Dall'aeroporto di linate 15/20 minuti di metro. Posizione comodissima per muoversi con i mezzi. Ristoranti, bar, locali sotto casa e il parco Montanelli di fronte, ma zona non rumorosa.
