  What could be improved: When I arrived at the apartment, they charged me the full amount on the spot, as it was stated that payment could be made on the property.
  After that, the host canceled the reservation on Booking.
  
  When I reached out to ask why the reservation had been canceled, they said they would check — but they did nothing about it. Later, they simply ignored my messages.
  
  Booking informed me that they couldn’t do anything, since the host had canceled the reservation.
  
  The apartment itself is in a good location, and everything was exactly as described on the website.

  What could be improved: There were bed bugs in the apartment. Once we were at home we went to the medical doctor, and several bites have been confirmed. The communication with the owner on this issue was poor, he only wrote that he would check it carefully.

  It is located in a beautiful building. The room and bathroom are beautiful and spacious. Everything was perfect and easy. Owner respond very fast. Close to shop and restaurants, right next to beautiful canal street. Great value for money. Cant wait to come back.
