When I first walked into Milano Fashion Suite – CityLife District, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from what looked like a fairly standard apartment building from the outside. But you know what? This four-star property completely changed my perspective on what extended-stay accommodations can be. The lobby has this clean, modern aesthetic that immediately signals you’re somewhere that takes design seriously — which makes sense given its location in Milan‘s rapidly evolving CityLife area.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s the thing about staying in San Siro — you’re actually in one of the most interesting parts of Milan right now. The CityLife District is this massive urban regeneration project, and I mean, you can literally watch the city transforming around you. The famous shopping district isn’t a quick walk away, sure, but the metro connections are solid and you’ll save a fortune compared to staying in the Quadrilatero della Moda. Plus, if you’re into football, San Siro stadium is practically next door.

The Apartment Experience

What really sets Milano Fashion Suite apart is how they’ve designed these spaces. Each apartment feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen is fully equipped — I’m talking real cookware, not those sad little hotel kitchenettes with plastic everything. I actually cooked dinner a couple of nights, which was perfect after long days exploring the city. The living areas are spacious enough that you don’t feel cramped, even if you’re traveling with family or staying for business.

Practical Comforts

The beds are genuinely comfortable, and the Wi-Fi actually works properly throughout the space (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case). What I appreciated most was the washing machine in each unit — seriously a game-changer for longer stays. The bathrooms are modern and well-maintained, though nothing particularly fancy. There’s parking available, which is honestly essential in Milan unless you enjoy the stress of street hunting.

Look, Milano Fashion Suite isn’t trying to be the flashiest place in town, and that’s exactly why it works so well. The staff genuinely cares about making sure you’re settled in, and the 9.2 rating reflects what you get — reliable, comfortable, well-designed accommodation in a neighborhood that’s becoming increasingly important to Milan’s future. If you want to experience the city like someone who actually lives there, rather than just passing through, this place delivers on that promise without breaking the bank.

  15 min metro ride from Gambra to Duomo, very well maintained 1 bedroom suite with walking wardrobe, ample parking space available right in front of the property but also there was secured and surveillance enabled parking space at 10 min walking distance. The location is in upmarket location. Good refreshments and immaculately clean apartment, prosecco was also provided along with milk, coffee, tea bags etc. Gabriele is very helpful, courteous and polite host. We will definitely book it again if plan to come back to Milano. It’s definitely home away from home.
  
  What could be improved: It’s not sound proof and because the road is busy at night, you can’t avoid the road traffic noise during night as well. AC’s were not working properly and as it was hot it was difficult to sleep at night. If they can fix these two issues then it’s a perfect property and good value for money. Thanks

  This apartment has a big space! We had everything we needed on the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. There is even a dressing room! Close to the apartment you can find a tram and bus station, so you could get to the city centre or railway station easily. Also there is a metro station a little bit farther. And if you need a supermarket there is a Carrefour. We are very thankful and touched with the free snacks and champagne. We reached the place after 21:00 because of our delayed flight, and we were so tired, so you can only imagine how happy we were to see such a hospitality 😍
  
  What could be improved: There is only one thing which I didn’t like – it was noisy from the street and neighbours because of the thin walls. So you’d better take the earplugs as I did. It helped.

  The owner responded to any of our requests. It was very nice to feel cared for in a foreign country. Despite the fact that we have different customs, they were very patient with us. We are very grateful for the care. Everything was wonderful. The apartment is clean and cozy. My children and I did not feel any discomfort. Tea, coffee, sweets for children, champagne, everything surprised and delighted us. The bathroom is very clean.

  This host is so nice and provides us free snacks and drinks. Place is huge and good value for money with such a nice apartment.
  
  What could be improved: No clothes wash machine ; aircon is not functional in the living room; shower sometimes suddenly turned off by no reasons, and then we find out need to restart it again.

  The apartment was impeccably clean. While not centrally located, it was conveniently situated near a metro station and a large supermarket. The host was incredibly responsive and always available. Each morning, we were delighted with fresh, warm pastries – a perfect start to the day. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals if desired. There are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood; we particularly enjoyed Billy's Place. We would definitely return
