Location & Getting Around

Here’s what I really appreciate about the location on Via Alfonso Cossa — you’re in a genuine residential area of Milan, not stuck in some touristy bubble. The neighborhood has that authentic Milanese feel with local cafes and shops, but you’re still well-connected to the center. The metro connections are honestly pretty good, and you can reach the Duomo in about 20 minutes without dealing with the chaos of staying right in the thick of things.

The Room Experience

My room had this clean, minimalist design that felt more like a modern Italian apartment than a hotel space. The bed was genuinely comfortable — and I’m picky about that — with crisp linens and blackout curtains that actually work. What impressed me most was the attention to practical details: plenty of outlets, good lighting for reading, and a bathroom that doesn’t make you feel like you’re playing Tetris every time you turn around.

Amenities & Dining

The restaurant serves up solid Italian fare with a contemporary twist, though honestly, I’d recommend venturing into the neighborhood for dinner at least once. There’s this great trattoria just a few blocks away that the front desk pointed me toward. The hotel’s breakfast spread is actually quite good — fresh pastries, decent coffee (this is Italy, after all), and enough variety to keep you happy for a few days.

  Large apartment with two separate bedrooms close to the underground station.
  Free parking on the streets. but difficult to find an available parking spot.
  Easy checkin and checkout procedure due to door code access.
  Had the basic cooking utensils and spices.
  
  What could be improved: The fact that there was no direct contact with the host made it somewhat more difficult to provide feedback.
  The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable, luckily no-one needed to sleep on it at it would be impossible.
  There were no batteries in the tv remote control.
  Some of the furniture, like the armchair in one of the bedrooms was not in a good shape.

  Alex is a great host. He gives instructions very well prior to check in. The apartment is 5 min walk from Repeti Metro station
  The people in the neighbourhood are helpful with directions..the Supermarket is 15 min walk. From Repeti you can get to San Babilla and change to Duomo on red line by metro and reach Duomo in 20 minutes.
  This is not the heart of Milan City centre but not too far and vfm. Alex was very kind to accommodate some.extra time as check out was for 11 am but he allowed us until 12 pm. He even picked my phone calls at 10 pm to guide about the correct brand of detergent for the washing machine. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and spacious living room with a fabulous kitchenette. Balconies and green parks beside it.

  We spent 4 wonderful days in Milan and were very happy with the apartment. The location is excellent – very close to the metro station, which made it super easy to get around the city. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was very understanding and kind. He allowed us to leave our luggage before the check-in time, which was a big help. Highly recommended!

  The position was ideal for Linate Airport and to reach the city center by public transport. The facilities were in good condition and the hosts were also very prompt to help.

  The location was great and the space was perfect. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. Easy to find the place and easy access to the airport.
  
  The shower was not fully cleaned and the power went out in the middle of the night which I know happens at random in Italy, but it was a little weird. Also, no actual hand soap in the bathroom.

  The flat is big and new/renovated, with 2 large bedrooms and comfortable beds. There is a washing machine and 2 coffee machines, the bathroom is also big and comfortable. The metro ligne 4 is at 2min by feet and you can be at the city center in 15min. Perfect to visit the city of Milan.

  The apartment was very stylish, with easy access and great lication. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious enough. There were all the necessary appliances, coffee machine was very good.
