What I actually love about staying here is that you’re in the Bicocca-Zara area, which feels properly Milanese without the tourist chaos. The Isola district is just a short walk away, and that’s where Milan really comes alive — trendy bars, great aperitivo spots, and locals who aren’t constantly dodging selfie sticks. You know what’s nice? Walking back from dinner and actually feeling like you’re experiencing the city, not just visiting it.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was compact but thoughtfully arranged — typical for Milan, really. Nothing fancy, but everything worked properly, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed at this price point. The bed was comfortable enough, and there’s decent soundproofing considering you’re right by the metro. I mean, you’ll hear some street noise, but it’s the good kind that makes you feel connected to the city rather than trapped in a sterile bubble.

Getting Around

Here’s the thing about the location that really matters — that metro access changes everything. I timed it once: seven minutes to Porta Garibaldi, nine minutes to Centrale station if you’re catching a train somewhere. The purple line connects you to basically everywhere you want to go, and you don’t have to deal with Milan’s notoriously tricky parking situation. Plus, there’s a decent restaurant right around the corner that does proper Milanese risotto without the markup you’d pay near the cathedral.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t a place that’ll wow you with marble bathrooms or concierge services, but it delivers exactly what it promises.   Очень удобное расположение: метро через дорогу, за углом хороший супермаркет Pam. Ночью тихо, ничего не мешает вашему сну. В квартире есть чайник, плита, посуда, фен, утюг, кофемашина, стиральная машина (вот ее не мешало бы помыть).
  Квартира идеально подходит для путешественников – до вокзала добираться не более 15 минут.
  
  What could be improved: В первую ночь было очень холодно и сильно пахло сыростью. Затем включили отопление и стало хорошо.
  Лестница к кровати-чердаку не слишком удобная. И вся конструкция очень скрипит, когда поднимаешься или спускаешься.
  Кондиционер очень грязный.

  What could be improved: Para ir a la cama había que subir unas escaleras tipo litera, pero con los peldaños muy delgados y eran unos cuantos peldaños, después de todo el día caminando conociendo la ciudad y los pies cansados la verdad hacían algo de daño igual a alguien más joven no le importaría el detalle pero yo una vez arriba de la cama no bajaba ni para ir al servicio. Es solo este pequeño detalle, pero el anfitrión debería corregir esto, por lo demás estuvo todo perfecto, tampoco paramos mucho allí, solo a dormir

  Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, mieszkanie warte polecenia, czyste, lazienka ok. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, przy stacj metra, blisko do dworca PKP oraz skąd odjeżdżają autobusy na lotniska.

  What could be improved: The bed was a mattress on wood suspended high. Very close to the ceiling, felt suffocating . The ladder we used to get to the bed was wooden and hurt your feet to get up and down

  No nos pusieron ninguna pega con la hora de entrada al apartamento a pesar de que nuestro vuelo se retrasó, además al hacer el check-in online nos permitió llegar directamente a descansar. Es igual que en las fotos y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.
  
  What could be improved: Un poco incómodas las escaleras de subir a la cama si vas descalzo. Éramos 3 y nos pusieron por error 2 toallas grandes y 2 pequeñas.

  Tenía todo lo necesario para la estadía. Muy moderno, buena ubicación, a 2 minutos caminando de una estación de metro (y a 3 estaciones del centro). Supermercado cerca, fácil check in. Limpio y bien decorado. Comunicación rápida.
  
  What could be improved: Un detalle que se puede arreglar, la cortina externa de la ventana del baño estaba un poco oxidada entonces costó bajarla. Y se podría incorporar un tendedero para colgar ropa o toallas en caso de necesitar secar.
