  We liked it a lot that the metro station was nearby. It took less than 10min to get to the center.
  Even walking to the city center was ok, only 30min walking.
  The loft was big and had a nice kitchen.
  The staff is very nice and helpful!
  
  What could be improved: Even though the kitchen was big, many essantials were missing. There were no garbage bags (but the trash bins are right in the courtyard), no spices to cook, no kitchen towels, only a few kitchen utensils.
  At the beginning there were only forks, knives and spoons there, so we asked the staff if we can get a spatula and a whisk. They brought it to the loft the next day.
  We bought some spices and trashbags ourself, but I guess if we would have asked, the staff would have brought us some as well! So if you need anything just ask the staff:)

  Ho letto molte recensioni sulla difficoltà ad accedere alla struttura ma in realtà è stato molto semplice. La casa si presenta bene ed offre molti servizi, direi ottima.
  
  What could be improved: L’host. Abbiamo avuto il problema di dover prolungare il soggiorno e non ci è stato di aiuto
  non parlo di disponibilità ma parlo del fatto che ci ha aumentato il prezzo e richiedeva una seconda cauzione. Non sono esperta del settore ma penso che la cauzione potesse tranquillamente rimanere la stessa solo che invece di essere restituita prima, andava restituita dopo. Evidentemente non erano interessati ad averci in struttura nonostante il problema esposto e l’aiuto richiesto.

  What could be improved: On avait vu beaucoup de commentaires négatifs sur l’accès au logement. Ce n’était pas si horrible mais quand même pas dingue. Déjà on reçoit les infos (adresse, où récupérer les clés etc) au dernier moment, il faut s’inscrire sur un site pour payer une caution (pas annoncé au préalable) et sur le moment c’est un peu bizarre on a cru à une arnaque. Ensuite les clés sont dans une boite dans la rue, ça aucuns problèmes ! Par contre on a eu un problème de clés, nous n’avions pas celle de l’une des portes de l’immeuble pcq celle ci n’est pas sensé être fermée. Sauf qu’un soir elle l’était et donc nous ne pouvions pas sortir. En revanche très facile d’avoir quelqu’un pour régler le problème, la personne était réactive mais n’avait pas vraiment de solution à apporter.

  De locatie is super, veel openbaar vervoer mogelijkheden van direct voor de deur tot paar minuten lopen. Rustige buurt, parkjes direct voor de deur met allemaal faciliteiten zoals pingpong en basketball. Genoeg restaurants en zeker 5 winkels op paar minuten lopen. Je bent in 10 minuten in het stadscentrum, echt ideaal.
  
  Het appartement voelde erg ruimroot en was schoon. Ook waren er kleine faciliteiten zoals koffiecups en flesjes met water voor ons klaargezet. Het zorgde voor een warm welkom en een erg verzorgde indruk. We hadden beide niks te klagen over het appartement en de locatie en het aan iedereen aanraden
  
  What could be improved: Kwamen achteraf nog bijna 200 euro aan extra kosten erbij, dat was even slikken. Hier de verhuurder ook meerdere keren keer gemaild, maar kreeg geen direct antwoord op mijn vragen. Het antwoord was steeds de standaard mail dat de kosten betaald moesten worden.
  
  Verder vonden we pas de laatste dag de bezem vinden, waardoor we last kregen van een kleine stroom van mieren die via de voordeur naar binnen kwamen. Het was niet overmatig of storend, ze hielpen zelfs beetje met de keuken schoon houden, maar toch een detail die niet perse had gehoeven.

  There was no breakfast. The location was good but we had to change trains to arrive Duomo and Navigli
  
  What could be improved: Our entrance was so hard. We had problems about contact with sweetstay. I did not get the code for the key box. We just found one woman there but she was just talking italian and I am not sure but I think she was not from sweetstay, just an employee. So entrance last more than 1 hour and it was really stressful. But after we reached someone finally and enter the room.

  What could be improved: Way too over complicated booking, check in. Emails all the time asking for this and that and to authenticate payment which was cleared by my bank on booking. Made difficult by the fact we were in Australia and travelling the day of arrival, would be much easier to ask for everything in one go instead of numerous emails.
