  We've stayed here for 2 nights, had no expectations as it was place for just nightovers. So the apartment coped with this task. For a group of five people it was normal. Also there were necessary household appliances and even a dishwasher, however we did not use it.

  What could be improved: be ready for the real quest to search the keys. there are 12-15 steps to go through and a lot of different keys. we were checking in at 2 am, and that was a real challenge for tired people. howerer we got detailed instruction and everyhting was fine, but complicated, thank you!
  
  also the place was not perfectly clean, there was hair and a lot of dust everywhere.

  De locatie is top! Leuke wijk, mooie ligging aan de rand van het centrum. Metrostation naast de deur.

  What could be improved: We vonden het appartement niet schoon. De keukeninventaris was verre van compleet waardoor ter plekke eten/koken lastig was. Het tweepersoonsbed was redelijk maar de slaapbanken waren echt heel slecht. Vooral de eenpersoons had helemaal geen matras, mijn kind lag op een houten latten. De andere bedbank was ook van slechte kwaliteit. De douchekop sproeide niet, maar er kwam een soort straaltje uit. Kennelijk was dit al bekend want er lag al een nieuwe in één van de kastjes van de badkamer. De inrichting was allemaal lowbudget gedaan, op zich niet erg maar er waren veel dingen wel aan vervanging toe. We hadden gezien de ligging zeker rekening gehouden met "stadsgeluiden" echter viel dat reuze mee. Wel is er een (boven)buurman/vrouw die de eerste twee nachten van ongeveer 00.30 uur tot 2.30 uur de muziek keihard aan had en de twee nachten erna midden in de nacht gaten boorde… Al met al vonden we Milaan een hele leuke stad maar de dit appartement wat minder.
  Ik denk dat een verblijf van twee personen het allemaal wel iets makkelijker maakt. Niet geschikt voor een groep/gezin.
  Overigens nog een noemenswaardig punt. Op zaterdagmiddag zat de voordeur dicht en kon niet meer open waardoor we binnen opgesloten zaten (er was geen andere uitgang en de ramen waren voorzien van tralies waardoor in geval van calamiteit we er echt niet uit konden) De beheerder heeft zijn best gedaan om zsm een technische man te regelen. Dit lukte na twee uurtjes gelukkig. Beheerder was vriendelijk en netjes. Er bleek een palletje 'lam' te zijn waardoor dit in herhaaldelijke gevallen nu niet meer kan gebeuren.

  El alojamiento dispone de lo básico, es sencillo pero cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. Está limpio y resulta cómodo para pasar un par de noches sin mayores pretensiones. Cerca de paradas de metro y de la estación central.
  
  What could be improved: El principal inconveniente es el ruido por la noche, ya que justo debajo hay un local nocturno y se escucha bastante. El propietario, deja un bote lleno de tapones para los oídos, lo cual es un detalle, aunque no soluciona del todo el problema.

  What could be improved: The whole apartment was uncleanly with hairs all over the floor, dust on the sofa beds, kitchen appliances were dirty .Unclean bedsheets,comforters and pillow covers. Inspite of informing the owner many times we had to just manage under the poor conditions while we paid the amount in full in advance. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.

  Прекрасное месторасположение, метро в трех минутах ходьбы, автобусная остановка под окном, магазины рядом…в квартире все необходимое есть. Не было чайника, я предпочитаю чай, хозяин решил проблему в течении получаса, привёз новый электрический чайник…всегда был на связи
