This four-star property sits quietly in the Sempione district, and that’s actually part of its charm. You’re getting something that feels more like staying in a well-designed local’s place than a traditional tourist spot, which is exactly what I was hoping for in Milan.

The apartment setup here is what really sets it apart from your typical hotel experience. Each unit feels genuinely residential — I mean, you’ve got proper counter space, storage that actually makes sense, and windows that open wide enough to let in that Milan energy. The design is clean and contemporary without being cold, which can be a tricky balance to strike. You know what impressed me most? The attention to lighting — both natural and artificial — which creates this warm, lived-in feeling even though everything’s clearly been recently updated.

Sempione Neighborhood

Here’s the thing about staying in Sempione — you’re close enough to the action but far enough to actually sleep at night. The Parco Sempione is literally a few minutes’ walk, and honestly, starting your morning with a coffee and a stroll through there beats any hotel breakfast scene. Plus, you’ve got the Arco della Pace right there, and it’s one of those spots that looks different every time you pass it, depending on the light and the season.

Practical Matters

The kitchen situation here is actually functional — not just a mini-fridge and a prayer. I managed to put together some decent meals with ingredients from the local markets, which saved both money and the hassle of restaurant hunting every single night. The metro connections are solid too, though I found myself walking more than expected because the neighborhood itself is pretty engaging. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle, but that’s Milan for you — if you’re driving here, you probably already knew what you were getting into.

  Everything was just perfect in this appartment. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location is central, but you can not hear any noise from th street because they have an interior yard, full of plants. We enjoyed every minute spent in this appartment, in which you have everything you need…they have prepared very single detail with so much attention. We will come back here when visiting Milano!

  Everything was amazing. This was our favorite place during our 2 week trip in Italy. The apartment comes with everything you could ask for AND MORE. The hosts, Antonia and Noela, were so kind, patient, and welcoming. We had delays in our plans and they were very understanding. The kitchen was well-equipped and came with everything you could need for breakfast. So delicious! There was so much helpful information about the city and its attractions and restaurant recommendations. We also loved the personal touches Antonio and Noela added to the apartment. We’ll definitely be returning.
