  Overall very good. Location excellent. Good eating places on either side of the gates. Supermarket in backyard. Milano main shopping street Corso Buenos Aires a few steps away. Close to Milano Centrale and Metro station is basically "nextdoor". Super easy to get anywhere. The apartment itself had a good atmosphere and was in good condition. Sleeping – pitch black and very quiet.
  
  What could be improved: There were a few minor inconveniences like missing scissors to open up packaged food, but these were not really bothering us.

  LA POSIZIONE.
  L’unico vero punto di forza è la posizione: in Viale Monza, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro Pasteur, con supermercati, bar, ristoranti e pizzerie a brevissima distanza, anche sotto lo stesso appartamento..
  PIANO COTTURA AD INDUZIONE.
  Eccezionale, velocissimo.
  
  What could be improved: ACCESSO E ACCOGLIENZA:
  Il check-in è disponibile dalle 15:00, ma qualsiasi arrivo anticipato comporta un sovrapprezzo di 15€ all’ora, che abbiamo trovato eccessivo.
  
  2 piani da fare a piedi (senza ascensore). Non proprio l’ideale per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli o bagagli pesanti.
  
  Nessuna macchina del caffè né caffettiera erano presenti (il marchio "CAFFÈ D'ITALIA" in capsule costa 39.99€ oggi), 2 bottigliette d’acqua in frigo.
  
  C'era il detersivo per piatti ma mancavano una spugna e qualche strofinaccio, fondamentali per lavare ed asciugare i piatti o anche le mani.
  
  Una pentola presentava il fondo nero, bruciato e ossidato.
  
  Trovato anche un piatto lercio, sopra lo scomparto alto del frigorifero, sporchissimo e lasciato lì chissà da quanto tempo.
  
  Il letto matrimoniale e il divano letto erano sufficientemente comodi, ma i cuscini erano davvero scomodi: molto bassi, poco imbottiti e con una consistenza irregolare. Dopo la prima notte ho avuto un forte dolore al collo.
  
  Inoltre, il divano letto era preparato solo con le lenzuola, senza alcuna coperta aggiuntiva disponibile in casa: un dettaglio davvero poco attento per un alloggio destinato ad accogliere più persone.
  
  Piccola poltrona macchiata messa all'angolo..
  
  Alcune luci non funzionavano (lampadine mancanti sia nella lampada da tavolo che nelle abat-jour) e uno dei due condizionatori era non funzionante.
  
  Dopo aver segnalato il tutto, soltanto il secondo giorno hanno consegnato 2 cuscini (senza federe e uno con un foro sull'angolo) e una spugna.

  Die Lage ist direkt an der Ubahn und eigentlich ruhig gelegen, abgesehen von der Baustelle unter der Wohnung.
  
  What could be improved: Baulärm, Sauberkeit, Matratze dreckig: Status ekelhaft. Schlafcouch nicht im Ansatz für mehr als eine Nacht geeignet. Alles ist abgeranzt und oll. Kein Spülzeug, kein Geschirrhandtuch..
  Defekte WC-Spülung, Lampen ohne Birnen..
  Wir waren total enttäuscht. Keine Weiterempfehlung!
