  Uncomfortable pillows- too hard and either too flat or too high! Woke up with a headache every morning!
  Too hot when I put on heating at lowest temperature! Needed to open windows when I got home after a day out. (When I left off the heating it was pleasantly at just right temperature )

  As this was my first stay with this hotel it was nice to be greeted being advised that my room had been upgraded which was a really nice touch.
