  The flat is in the center of Navigli, perfect for tourists. In front of the house are several bars, cafes, restaurants etc. it is easy to get everywhere by foot or public transport nearby. The courtyard (window and door are heading there) is quiet for getting a rest. The flat is very simple, has a working air conditioning and a shower with soap, some equipment for heating up food incl. fridge. The flat was cleaned.
  
  What could be improved: We had to make several phone calls and wa messages on the way in order to arrange the key transfer. The guy who finally brought the key was nice a d friendly, but we had to wait a bit (there is cafes nearby though).
  The flat has a bit of a smell from humidity in the walls.

  Roberto è stato molto gentile e disponibile, la comunicazione perfetta e tutto è andato bene sin dalla consegna delle chiavi. L'appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comfort, si trova in posizione ottimale molto vicina alla Metro e sicura anche la sera. Torneremo sicuramente, molto consigliato.
