The room I stayed in was compact but thoughtfully designed — sort of what you’d expect from a three-star property that actually cares about details. Everything felt clean and modern, with this minimalist vibe that works well after a long day of walking around the city. The bathroom was small but functional, and I appreciated that they didn’t try to cram unnecessary furniture into the space. You know what really stood out? The soundproofing was surprisingly good for a building in this part of town.

Practical Details

The staff here are genuinely helpful — not in that overly scripted way, but more like they actually want you to enjoy Milan. They gave me solid recommendations for places to eat that weren’t just the obvious tourist spots. There’s no on-site restaurant, but honestly, you’re in Navigli — stepping out for meals is half the fun. The Wi-Fi worked well, and they have a small lobby area where you can sit and plan your day if you need to.

Look, this isn’t going to be the fanciest place you’ve ever stayed, but it gets the fundamentals right. You’re paying for location and character rather than amenities, and in Milan, that’s often the better choice. I mean, you didn’t come here to hang out in your hotel room anyway. The value is solid for what you get, especially considering you’re staying in one of the city’s most vibrant areas. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re actually experiencing Milan rather than just visiting it.

  Хорошее расположение объекта. В квартире чисто, все что необходимо для проживания семьи имеется.
  В пешей доступности продуктовый магазин сети Conad.
  
  What could be improved: Не было мыла, моющего средства для посуды, тряпочки/ губки чтобы содержать в чистоте кухню.
  Также не было электрического чайника или обычного чайника, чтобы попить чай. Пришлось кипятить чай в кастрюле, но это не было большой проблемой 🙂

  What could be improved: A televisão nao é inteligente e nao funciona com Netflix ou YouTube.. o banheiro tem um cheiro leve de mofo, e as panelas que estao disponíveis nao tem tampa.

  L'appartement est très spacieux (nous étions 4 amis), plus grand que ce que j'imaginais par rapport aux photos.
  
  What could be improved: Le stationnement est plutôt compliqué dans le quartier (il y a majoritairement des places réservés aux résidents), mais nous avons réussis à nous garer un peu plus loin sans avoir d'amende.
  L'aspect des rues aux alentours ressemble à un quartier de banlieue (beaucoup de tag/street art) mais cela reste à proximité du quartier touristique de Navigli

  ‏ The apartment is big and clean, not too far from Navigli Center, though pretty far from the metro station (at lease when you have big luggage with you).
  
  What could be improved: At the same time there were all kinds of necessary things that were missing. For example – cleaning tools for dishes (cleaning pad etc), basic cooking equipment such as oil and salt, hand soap for the sink in the shower… In addition, there are no pillows for the sofa, which is probably convenient for those who use it for sleeping, but not comfortable in general. Certainly not for a couple. On Wednesday morning a market opened right below the apartment and it made a crazy noise from 5 in the morning.
