  What could be improved: Pessima gestione da parte della società, abbiamo fatto circa 30 chiamate dal giorno prima dell’arrivo senza ricevere mai risposta. Avevamo chiesto entrambe le stanze sistemate per ben 2 volte tant’è che la seconda volta la risposta è stata secca e in tono quasi scocciato ma c’era solo una stanza preparata, abbiamo tardato gli appuntamenti di lavoro visto che dai contatti whatsapp sembrava dovesse arrivare qualcuno a risolvere questi problemi (mai arrivato) abbiamo preparato noi la seconda stanza poi, abbiamo chiesto come fare il check in senza avere mai risposta e abbiamo dovuto fare il check in online al portone dell’appartamento, mancava il telecomando della tv piccolo dettaglio in confronto al resto, il divano letto (2 stanza) cigola rumorosamente ad ogni minimo movimento quindi ho passato due notti in bianco. Sono da poco stato contattato dopo 3 giorni di richiesta di contatto da un operatore che nel mezzo della conversazione mi dice senza sapere nulla di tutto quello successo noi gestiamo più di 450 strutture in tutta Italia poi quando ha capito di essere in torto marcio perché senza cognizione di causa mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia!

  До Дуомо можно дойти пешком ( 50 мин) , до метро минут 10. Квартира очень большая и просторная, 2 санузла, гостинная+столовая, спальня. Хорошо оснащена техникой- стрилка, сушилка, посудомойка, кофемашина, фен, телевизор, кондиционер. Я заплатила 300 евро за 5 ночей, это очень приятная цена, поэтому минусы не повлияют на мою оценку.

  Не хватает капсул для техники, хотя бы за отдельную плату, потому что покупать целую упаковку кофе, порошка, капсул для посудомоечной машины на 5 дней совсем не хочется .
