  L'appartamento, davvero spazioso e ben tenuto

  Просторные апартаменты с новым ремонтом и меблировкой. Есть 2 комнаты (кухня-гостиная и спальня) и несколько подсобных помещений (постирочная, кладовая), а также большая душевая. 4 спальных места (диван и кровать), обеденных и рабочий стол, стиральная машина с набором моющих средств. На кухне имеется капсюльная кофемашина. Также есть бойлер и кондиционер.
  
  What could be improved: Апартаменты расположены вдали от центра и от основных остановок общественного транспорта. Метро рядом нет, до остановки трамвая 15 (который едет до Дуомо) нужно идти пешком около 15 минут. Часть посуды на кухне была плохо помыта. Само здание на момент нашего заселения было на ремонте, поэтому часть инструкций по заселению была неактуальна (например изменилось место размещения мусорных баков)

  Host said that we maybe can enter earlier as we requested. When we came to suite 3,4h earlier they just igroned our request and said regular chek in time. Unclear instructuons, poor organization etc. Construcion works are just outside, lift and hall was dirty from concrete and dust. Hilti drilling from early hours so we coulnt sleep. Overall 1/10

  Sí, para hasta 4 personas está muy bien, limpio y completo a falta de algunos detalles como un tostador y quizás algún otro espejo.

  What could be improved: La casa è nuova, ma il contesto è pessimo come anche le pulizie. L'ascensore può essere pericoloso in quanto è aperto sulle pareti. Prezzo assolutamente non allineato al contesto e ai servizi offerti.
