My room was exactly what you’d expect from a three-star place that knows its audience — clean, functional, with decent WiFi that actually works (crucial if you’re here for business or study). The beds are comfortable enough, and there’s adequate storage space, though don’t expect anything fancy. What I appreciated was how everything felt purposeful rather than trying too hard to be something it’s not.

Practical Considerations

Getting around from here is actually pretty straightforward once you figure out the metro connections. The staff speaks English well enough to handle most questions, and they seem to understand that their guests are often here for university-related reasons or business rather than typical tourism. There’s a small breakfast setup that covers the basics — nothing elaborate, but it gets the job done if you need to grab something quick before heading out.

  Die Wohnung ist etwas rustikal eingerichtet. Einrichtungsgegenstände sind schon etwas länger in Gebrauch. Aber uns gefiel es in der Wohnung trotzdem. Für uns war von großem Vorteil, dass man auch wegen Verspätung bei der Anreise noch um 22 Uhr anreisen konnte. Auch wenn die Wohnung nicht allzu zentral liegt, befindet sie sich doch in einem recht angenehmen Viertel, in dem man preiswert essen kann.
  
  What could be improved: Schon häufiger wurde hier darauf hingewiesen, dass die Wohnung wegen der direkt davor verlaufenden Straßenbahnlinie recht laut ist. Außderm ist es doch eine längere Strecke ins Zentrum.

  What could be improved: C'erano vecchi prodotti lasciati da altri ospiti sia in bagno che in cucina. Non dava l'impressione di cura e pulizia. La ventola del bagno fa molto rumore. Da fuori si sente il rumore del tram che passa ma a me non ha disturbato durante il sonno.

  Nicht wie angegeben mit 2 Schlafzimmern, sondern eine Klappcouch in der Küche.
  In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft, sehr primitiv eingerichtet.

  Parken war gegen Gebühr ums Eck an der Strasse möglich. öffentlicher Parkplatz.
  Gleich am Eck gab es ein sehr gutes und gnstiges Cafe zum Frühstücken. Fussläufig waren viele Restaurants erreichbar. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat Platz für 2 Personen, das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist wohl schon in die Jahre gekommen. Also zu zweit ist die Wohnung gut nutzbar.
  
  What could be improved: Leider fährt die Strassenbahn direkt unterm Fenster vorbei. Man kann also nur mit Gehörschutz schlafen, da die Fenster keinen Schallschutz bieten.

  What could be improved: Se ofrece como dos habitaciones y salón y solo tenía una. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Es muy antiguo y todo bastante viejo y destartalado. Las camas muy antiguas e incómodas. Muebles muy viejos y faltaba limpieza
