Nhow Milan Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Nhow Milan, you immediately know this isn’t your typical business hotel. The lobby hits you with bold colors and contemporary art installations that actually make sense together — it’s like stepping into a modern gallery that happens to have a check-in desk. Located in the Navigli district, this four-star property sits right where Milan‘s creative energy pulses strongest, and honestly, the hotel’s design perfectly captures that vibe.
The Navigli Experience
You know what’s great about staying here? You’re literally in the heart of Milan’s coolest neighborhood without the tourist crowds that swarm the Duomo area. The Navigli canals are right outside your door — these historic waterways that Leonardo da Vinci helped design, now lined with aperitivo bars and vintage shops. During the day, you can stroll along the water and discover local artisan workshops, then come evening, the whole area transforms into this buzzing nightlife scene. I mean, you could easily spend your entire trip just exploring this district.
The Room
The rooms continue that contemporary art theme without going overboard — think clean lines with pops of vibrant color rather than trying-too-hard modern. What I really appreciated was the attention to practical details: USB ports exactly where you need them, blackout curtains that actually work, and a shower with proper water pressure. The views vary depending on which side you’re on, but honestly, even the courtyard-facing rooms stay surprisingly quiet given how lively the neighborhood gets at night.
Dining and Social Spaces
The restaurant downstairs serves solid Italian fare with some international options — nothing groundbreaking, but the quality’s there and the portions are generous. What really works is the bar area, which becomes this natural gathering spot in the evenings. You’ll find a mix of hotel guests and locals, especially design professionals from the nearby studios and showrooms. The spa is compact but well-designed, perfect for unwinding after walking around the city all day.
Why Guests Love It
This place works because it gets the balance right — stylish enough to feel special, but comfortable enough that you’re not afraid to actually use the space. The location gives you authentic Milan neighborhood life while keeping you connected to the city center (the green metro line is a short walk away). Staff genuinely seem to enjoy working here, which makes a difference in how they help with recommendations and requests. Plus, there’s parking available, which anyone who’s driven in Milan will tell you is basically a miracle.
Hotels near me in Milan deliver easy walks to Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Sforza Castle, and charming cobblestone piazzas.

Reviews of Nhow Milan
Exceeded expectations – Trollope from United Kingdom – 3 December 2025 (10/10)
Everything. Unbelievable value for money. Staff were brilliant. It was clean, modern and niche.
The bus stop is less than 10mins away, trams and metro about 15. Shop 5min away and Aldi about 10mins.
What could be improved: Nothing really.
We like using public transport so the walks were fine….
This is not a negative….its very minorComfort & design. Everything you need for your stay in Milano – Natalie from Germany – 29 November 2025 (9/10)
I incurred into an issue with a package I was expecting, and the management of the hotel literally went their way out to help me. Especially Paola and Gianluca. Super thankful. I will def come back next time I'm in Milano. Also the area has amazing cute restaurants nearby, super safe for a solo female traveler
What could be improved: The loudness at breakfast. Some people acted as if they were sitting at a table at Oktoberfest. I would have appreciated the hotel staff to ask them to take it "a notch down". It was way too much.Exceptional – Andrea from Serbia – 10 November 2025 (10/10)

Quiet, rooftop pool, staff
What could be improved: A little random and overly quirky in terms of decoration
