  Everything. Unbelievable value for money. Staff were brilliant. It was clean, modern and niche.
  The bus stop is less than 10mins away, trams and metro about 15. Shop 5min away and Aldi about 10mins.

  I incurred into an issue with a package I was expecting, and the management of the hotel literally went their way out to help me. Especially Paola and Gianluca. Super thankful. I will def come back next time I'm in Milano. Also the area has amazing cute restaurants nearby, super safe for a solo female traveler
  
  What could be improved: The loudness at breakfast. Some people acted as if they were sitting at a table at Oktoberfest. I would have appreciated the hotel staff to ask them to take it "a notch down". It was way too much.
