The apartment setup is what really makes this place work. You get a proper kitchenette (nothing fancy, but functional), and the room feels more like a studio than a typical hotel box. I actually appreciated having space to spread out my stuff — you know how cramped regular hotel rooms can feel after a few days. The décor is pretty minimal, sort of modern European style, though the bathroom could use some updating if I’m being completely honest.

Practical Considerations

What I really liked was how straightforward everything felt. Check-in was smooth, the WiFi actually worked well (crucial for me), and there’s decent parking nearby if you’re brave enough to drive in Milan. The neighborhood has this authentic residential feel — there’s a solid restaurant right around the corner that serves proper Milanese risotto, and a little market where locals actually shop. You won’t find tour groups wandering around here, which was refreshing.

Look, this isn’t going to wow you with marble lobbies or rooftop pools, but it delivers on what matters most — a clean, comfortable base in a genuinely good location that doesn’t feel touristy.   I like to run and the location is perfect to the park that is open 06:00 – 22:00. The location is handy to the metro, tram and easy walk to the main shopping areas. Plenty of restaurant choices.

  Great location (10 minute walk from Milan central and tram stops within a minute walk). Nice and spacious room, was cleaned before arrival. Customer service from Natalina was outstanding
  
  What could be improved: It wasn’t the easiest of directions to find or open the apartment. I slept freezing one night due to being unable to locate how to turn on the heater. The area is quite noisy in the streets and the walls are quite thin so anyone in the apartment complex can be heard.
