  Apartment is an excellent size. Newly renovated to a very high standard.
  Heated towel rack is great.
  Zero noise from outside, slept without disruption.
  Very secure and felt very safe.
  Easy to access with the codes.
  The heating is so good. It was 3 degrees outside but perfect inside. Can adjust as you wish
  I got an early check in which was much needed and appreciated.
  Full kitchen and washing and drying facilities.
  Lift to upper floors.
  Very close to two different metro lines and central station which is why I picked it.
  
  What could be improved: Kitchen would benefit from a microwave.
  The bed only had 3 slats so you dip down a lot and sleep on an angle which is not very comfortable. If the bed base was replaced, the property would be a 10/10
  The wifi doesn’t quite extend to the bedroom properly.
  An English translation of what the settings on the washer/dryer say would be helpful. It just says ‘choose your setting’ but you don’t know what the settings are. It took me ages to google to find out what they meant (how long the wash cycle was, the temperature, and how to use the dryer only). I had to find an Italian manual and translate to English.

  The apartment Is beautiful. Good taste. Is near the train station – a 10 min walk. Has good kitchen utensils. Clean 🙌🏽. The bathroom is great.
  
  What could be improved: The sofa bed is not very comfortable and if you open it you really don’t have space in the living area. The communication is through a robot – automatic replies. I don’t like that.
