What really impressed me was the soundproofing; even though you’re in the city, the street noise just doesn’t penetrate. The air conditioning works properly too, which honestly isn’t always a given in historic Italian buildings.

The breakfast situation is solid — fresh pastries, decent coffee, and they actually have some savory options that aren’t just sad scrambled eggs. There isn’t a full-service restaurant on-site, but you know what? In this neighborhood, that’s not really a problem. Some of Milan’s best trattorias are literally around the corner, and the staff actually gives good recommendations instead of just pointing you toward the most expensive places.

  what did i like? easy …. everything… the location of the apartment. the facilities around. the access to/from the apartment. the quietness of the area and of the building. the park close by. the apartment itself, the furniture inside the apartment. the owner of the apartment (Anatoli) was very helpful and ready to assist at any time.
  
  What could be improved: what i didn't like? not that much actually…. maybe 1 point: as it was very hot outside, i would have appreciated if i could have had the control of the AC inside the apartment without the intervention of Anatoli, it would have been better….

  I highly recommend staying at Palazzo Crovato. The apartment is comfortable, clean, well equipped and very well located, with a variety of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's also just a few meters from the metro, making it easy to get around the city.

  The property was located only a short distance from the Suza metro station of which was ideal for getting into the centre of Milan or into other areas.
  There is lots of places to eat and drink close to the property and there is a supermarket below so everything you could need is on your doorstep.
  
  The facilities in the property exceeded my expectations, it was very clean and comfortable.
  
  The shutters on the windows help to keep the light out aiding for a good nights sleep.
  
  The shower was really good and powerful.
  
  The door to the property was like something you would have on a bank vault, so there was certainly a feeling of security about the property with comfort.
  
  There was also a washing machine and tumble dryer of which made the dread of returning home with a mountain of washing a thing of the past.
  
  Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking to stay in Milan, it’s only 1.6miles from Domo and even if you are traveling with children there are parks and good cycle routes between you and the city centre.
  
  What could be improved: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
