  What could be improved: The hosts were terrible, we asked to check in 1-2 hours earlier and pay for it, they refused because they already issued a pin which was activated at 3 p.m and did not want to bother. The apartment was empty, we were not able even to leave the luggages.
  The bed for the kids was actually a danger with pieces of iron going out from it, we asked them to come and put a protection. They said they don t have one and this is Milan…
  I can contradict them because I stayed in Milan one month ago in an impeccable apartment, with a great host
  In the kitchen was dirt.
  We paid for 4 persons, but the bed was not made for the kids
  Very rude host
  The pin to open the door warken on and off, they did not answer the phone or the messages but in 30 minutes or more

  What could be improved: The digital lock on the door is ridiculous. Every time we were getting in and out of the appartment we could not figure it out. At 2 AM in the morning we spent 15 min trying to unlock the door. They need to supply the manual on how to LOCK and UNLOCK the door

  The apartment was clean and spacious, quiet, close to a Metro station.
  
  What could be improved: All of the communication was via Booking, and availability was poor. It took at least a day until we received reply to our questions.

  Good located. In a walking distance from the Centre. Or you can take a public transport (few stops only). Warm, well equipped and comfortable.

  Location (1 minute or less walking from metro station Pagano); Easy check in; White towels and sheets.
  
  What could be improved: The building (not exacly the apartment) has a strange and unpleasant smell, perhaps from the carpet in common places like stairs and hall of the building. The owner asked me to pay the city tax to him, despite I already payed for it when made the reservation with Booking (he said there was a problem with Booking collecting the city tax). I dont know who was right, but I do now that I payed and I did not like when the owner told me to talk and solve things with Booking about that (I think he should do that, not me; anyway, i called Booking because I was in another country, at night, without other roof or support). This was annoying.

  Nothing, the property manager was rude and condescending. I would not book from this person ever again unless you want to be harassed after your stay for simply expressing your opinion
