Here’s what I really appreciated — you’re in a proper Milan neighborhood, not some tourist bubble. There’s a fantastic little bakery two blocks down where locals grab their morning cornetti, and the metro connection at Porta Garibaldi is close enough that you can reach the Duomo in about 15 minutes. The area comes alive in the evenings when people spill out of the wine bars, but it’s never rowdy enough to keep you awake.

The room I stayed in was compact but smartly designed — they’ve clearly thought about how to maximize every square meter. You know what impressed me most? The attention to details like proper bedside lighting and enough outlets near the desk. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a shower that actually had decent water pressure (not always a given in older Milan buildings). Storage space was limited, but if you’re not overpacking, it works perfectly fine.

Breakfast happens in a cozy space that feels more like someone’s dining room than a hotel buffet area. It’s nothing elaborate — good coffee, fresh pastries, and the basics done right. The staff genuinely seems to remember guests after a day or two, which creates a nice sense of familiarity.   The rooms are newly refurbished, very clean, fully equipped.Good staying for couple days.
  
  What could be improved: There is mould/fungus (грибок) visible on the ceiling. Additionally, the wardrobe is missing the handles, making it very difficult to open and close the doors.
  ​Bathroom: The shower tray leaks significantly onto the floor every time the shower is used. It is impossible to use a hairdryer near the mirror as there is no convenient power outlet (socket) nearby. This makes getting ready very inconvenient.

  House in excellent condition; spacious and well-stocked rooms!

  What could be improved: The service was is not so good. The owner doesn't read messages in non business hours time. So my arrival was on Saturday. The internet did't work. The owner answered me only in the noon on Monday. If I would have some more serious problem, not internet problem, I wouldn't can solve this fast.

  What could be improved: Just the leak every time we use the shower but is manageable to us, but can be done with securing the gap at the bottom of the shower door to the pavement of the floor as it’s a risk for falls if not addressed with but other wise, was very manageable to our family.

  The room is really spacious, and neat. Just as it is in the photos. The check in procedure is professional and satisfactory. For 4 people, it was really good value for money. The staff on chat was professional but not necessarily nice which is OK.
  
  What could be improved: It was a bit of shock that there was no fan or Air conditioning in the peak of summer being milan. Maybe I didn't just read the description well.
