Porta Vittoria is one of those neighborhoods that locals actually live in, you know? You’ve got real trattorias around the corner, a morning market that doesn’t cater to tourists, and the kind of authentic Italian street life that’s harder to find near the Duomo. The Porta Vittoria metro station is literally a few minutes’ walk away, which means you can reach the city center in about 10 minutes. I actually prefer staying in this area because you get a genuine feel for Milan without paying those central district prices.

The rooms at PrimoPiano are what I’d call thoughtfully simple — clean lines, decent space, and everything you actually need without unnecessary frills. My room had a nice window overlooking the piazza, which meant I could watch the neighborhood come alive each morning. The beds are comfortable (not amazing, but definitely good enough for a solid night’s sleep), and the bathrooms are modern and well-maintained. Don’t expect luxury here, but do expect everything to work properly.

You’re staying in a real Milan neighborhood where you can grab groceries at the local market, have dinner at family-run places, and still reach all the major sights easily.   Struttura comoda e accogliente, facile entrare con il check-in online, staff disponibile e letti comodissimi!! C’era tutto il necessario e l appartamento era molto pulito e vicino ai vari servizi per spostarsi comodamente!
