  It's a really nice place, clean and modern. A bedroom and a sofa met our needs for a family trip. The washing machine was a nice bonus as we were traveling for a while and needed it.
  Keep in mind that it's a basement so natural light is a bit limited but we didn't spend much time inside so not a problem for us. Also the place is 40 min on foot from the city centre. It's reflected in the price and we didn't mind the walk.

  The place was a great, the bed comfortable and most facilities in great shape, just few things that didn't make my stay pleasant.
  
  What could be improved: The heaters for clothes weren't working. The access to the apartment was very difficult. I had a hard time opening the key box. As well as for returning the key.
  There was no communication with the property owners which made my stay not as pleasant as I expected, Even though I tried mails and messages they never responded.

  El apartamento es muy amplio y estaba muy limpio. Las instrucciones del check-in fueron claras. La ubicación es muy buena, bien comunicada con el centro con la parada de metro Argonne a unos minutos andando.
  
  What could be improved: La habitación da a una calle muy ruidosa y nos despertaron de madrugada varios ruidos de coches y personas hablando. Había algunas hormigas en el salón que venían de la puerta principal y no había ningún producto para eliminarlas.
