  It was clean, location is near the metro station.
  
  What could be improved: It was cold, the heating wasn't working in the morning and it's locked so we couldn't turn it on. Also the presure on the shower wasn't great, and we couldn't adjust the temperature which is pretty annoying when it's so cold.

  The place is great, the location is good. It was a bit chilly and there were no instructions on how to turn on the heating. Also the living room couch was not comfortable.

  What could be improved: They write that they have elevator in the building but when i arrived there i couldn’t belive the elevator there start to be building so they are no elevator, i have my mother with me in the wheelchair and i couldn’t go up so i called a friend he came yo help me and it where cold in milan and when i called them they want to give me apartment but out of milan it was a nightmare experience…etc .

  The apartment is cozy and comfortable, very clean and neat, at walking distance from the centre, it is very well equipped and you feel really like home
