  Everything was clean, comfortable. Looks like in the pictures. Getting in the apartment was easy.
  
  What could be improved: When I made the reservation, I asked whether the bathroom door had been fixed, because I saw information about this issue in other reviews, and I was told that everything had been repaired. However, when we arrived, it turned out that the problem had not been resolved and the bathroom door still cannot be closed properly, as the frame is broken.

  The strengths of this accommodation are: the proximity of public transport stations, both metro and bus. The fact that the apartment is located in a relatively quiet area and that it has the option of self check in.
  
  What could be improved: The fact that all the furniture is old and worn out. The fact that the bathroom door doesn't close and here I don't mean the lock with a key, it doesn't even close with the handle, a piece of the frame is broken. The bathroom is extremely outdated and unkempt. The balcony door doesn't close completely. I'm not a picky customer but all these things have already made our stay compromised. I can get over many shortcomings but not being able to close your bathroom door and having to endure the smell of toilet in the whole house doesn't seem normal to me.

  What could be improved: At our arrive the apartment wasn’t ready and the cleaner was still inside and needed an extra hour and half to clean up everything (it was four o’clock), we didn’t get the chance to know it in advance and even if we would had do it we came from very far (from Rome to Milan) for a late evening event so we needed toilet and room to get change. So we had to get change in rush and with the cleaner inside. We left the apartment and had to go up again because we have forgotten something in the room and found the apartment open and without anyone inside with our belongings left right there where everyone could have take everything and just gone. In the morning we asked the property to stay an extra our and check out by twelve with no response from the owner, and by eleven the cleaner without knocking at the door with a copy of the key opened the apartment and I was with no clothes on. So no privacy, no respect and no communication. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, was noisy during the night and smelled because needs a new filter. I don’t recommend it

  The apartment was very nice we had a great time and it totally fit the description. Well located (about 20min by metro from Duomo).
  We just struggled to open the door which would need a bit more explanations but the lady who answered the phone was kind and helpful !

  What could be improved: The procedure for opening the front door did NOT work at all. This host is not answering the mobile phone. We stayed at the front door for 1 hour until one old person living next door was so kind to open the door for us. The host never called back or sent any other communication for the whole stay 1 week. But he came to the apartment at day 2 when we were outside to check if he can give the apartment to someone else for the weekend (he tried to do "guests no-show" ). Our stay was during the formula 1 weekend. Don't get fooled by the pictures, the apartment is in mediocre condition and it is in bad location.
