There’s a proper sleeping area that doesn’t feel cramped, and the bathroom is clean and modern enough.

Isola is one of those Milan neighborhoods that’s become really interesting over the past few years — it’s got this mix of old residential charm and new development. You’re actually walking distance from Porta Garibaldi station, which makes getting around the city pretty straightforward. The area has some solid local spots for coffee and aperitivo, plus you’re not dealing with the tourist crowds you’d find closer to the Duomo. I mean, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the center by metro, but sometimes that bit of distance is worth it for the authentic feel.

What Makes It Work

Having your own kitchenette changes the whole travel experience — you can grab groceries from the local market, make your morning coffee the way you like it, or just store leftovers from that amazing risotto place down the street. The parking situation isn’t the easiest in this area (it’s Milan, after all), but if you’re using public transport, it’s really not an issue.   El edificio con portero, la calefacción, la cama cómoda.
  
  What could be improved: La persiana de la cocina no se podía bajar, una lámpara auxiliar no funcionaba. El apartamento estaba bien aislado por el ruido pero al estar en una vía central se escuchaba el tráfico constante. La iluminación blanca bastante fria para crear un ambiente en el apartamento.

  You can get to it using various public transport options and there are lots of cafes nearby.

  What could be improved: It was hard to get through the door the first time.
  The shower cubicle was very small. Uncomfortable to take a shower there.
  The coffee machine is broken.
  The lamp on the bedside table is not working.
  The plug socket is loose in the bathroom wall.
  The tap and shower head have a lot of limescale.
  The neighbour is playing their TV really loudly. You have to make sure you go and knock on their door every night.

  Apartamento situado en una muy buena zona. En la misma calle hay muchos comercios y supermercados.
  El edificio tiene conserje. Es muy atento y amable. Nos ayudó con algunas dudas.
  
  What could be improved: El apartamento tenía poco menaje. Solo un vaso, una taza y una copa. Imagino que se han ido rompiendo y no han sido repuestos. No es grave por supuesto, pero compramos un buen vino y lo tuve que beber en taza. No cuesta nada reponerlos.

  Просторі, світлі, чисті апартаменти. Чудове місцерозташування, було легко добиратись в будь-яке місце. Поряд великий супермаркет. Є все необхідне для проживання. Гарне житло за свої кошти
