Rosmini City Stay for 6 – Walk to Milan Best Spots Overview

First Impressions

When I first walked up to Rosmini City Stay for 6 – Walk to Milan Best Spots, I’ll be honest — it doesn’t scream “hotel” from the outside. Tucked into a residential building on Via Antonio Rosmini, it feels more like you’re staying at a friend’s place who happens to have excellent taste in neighborhoods. This four-star property is actually an apartment setup, which means you get way more space than your typical Milan hotel room.

The Space Itself

The apartment genuinely sleeps six people without anyone fighting over elbow room. There’s a proper kitchen with everything you need — and I mean everything, not just a sad mini-fridge and a broken coffee maker. The living area has this lived-in comfort that makes you want to actually hang out there instead of just crashing after sightseeing. You know what surprised me most? The Wi-Fi actually works well enough for video calls, which saved me when I had to jump on a work meeting.

Location Magic

Here’s where this place really shines — the location is honestly perfect if you want to experience Milan like someone who actually lives here. You’re in Porta Garibaldi, which means you can walk to Corso Buenos Aires for shopping (it’s literally one of the longest shopping streets in Europe), hit up the Navigli district for aperitivo, or stroll to Brera when you want to feel cultured. The Porta Garibaldi train station is maybe eight minutes on foot, so getting around is ridiculously easy.

Neighborhood Vibes

The area around Via Rosmini has this great mix of locals heading to work and tourists who figured out where the real Milan happens. There’s a fantastic restaurant called Osteria del Borgo just around the corner — the kind of place where they don’t even have English menus but somehow you end up having the best meal of your trip. The morning routine here is something else: grab a cappuccino from the bar downstairs, watch the neighborhood wake up, then decide whether you want to walk to the Duomo (totally doable) or hop on the metro.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t a place with a fancy lobby or room service, but that’s exactly why it works so well. You get the freedom of your own space, you’re paying way less than those big hotels in the center, and you’re staying somewhere that feels authentically Milanese. The host responds quickly when you need something, there’s decent parking nearby if you’re brave enough to drive in Milan, and honestly? After a long day of walking around the city, coming back to a real couch and a proper kitchen feels like exactly what you needed.

Reviews of Rosmini City Stay for 6 – Walk to Milan Best Spots

  • Exceptional – Kenny from United Kingdom – 2 November 2025 (10/10)

The place was easy to find and Deltico were exceptionally helpful.

We also overslept and the cleaning team was understanding and worked around us as we left.

What could be improved: We liked everything.

  • Superb – Anissa from France – 28 October 2025 (9/10)

  • Superb – Stephanie from France – 21 October 2025 (9/10)

L emplacement nous n étions pas loin de la rue piétonne animée de Chinatown mais l'appartement était calme. Il est propre et les lits sont confortables.

  • Great location, a bit worn but functional apartment. – Yaroslav from Ukraine – 10 October 2025 (6/10)

The location is excellent, very close to Arco della Pace. The apartment matches the photos, has enough space for clothes, comfortable beds, Nespresso capsules.

What could be improved: The apartment is clearly not new, and many items are worn or don’t function properly. The oven didn’t work, the frying pan was sticky and unpleasant to use, and the shower setup is awkward — the curtain blocks space and the handheld shower can hit your chest. Kitchen doors don’t close properly and the roller shutter doesn’t work. The washing machine smelled, likely from previous use. Small details were inconvenient: some cupboard handles were missing, and the toilet lid doesn’t open fully, often getting stuck halfway and requiring multiple attempts to lift. Overall, maintenance is needed in several areas.
