Each apartment here feels thoughtfully designed rather than cookie-cutter corporate. The kitchen isn’t just for show either — it’s actually equipped with everything you need if you want to cook (and honestly, after buying fresh ingredients from the local market, you’ll want to). The living areas have this sort of mid-century modern vibe that photographs beautifully, but more importantly, they’re genuinely comfortable for hanging out after long days of sightseeing.

  The appartement itself is really beautiful -two bedrooms, two bathroooms, a huge terasse, a big living room, a well equipped kitchen (just please provide more wine glasses!). Just next to it is a tram stop. The tram gets you directly to Duomo. A supermarket right opposite.
  
  What could be improved: The street is extremely noisy due to tram traffic. Communication with the owner definitely needs improvement. The appartment is managed by a company. It should be clearly stated on the booking.com site that the price will be paid to booking, but the city tax will be paid by another system that is managaed by the company. It was quite complicated and not pleasant as booking.com warns you against any sites out of booking.com. Here, it was necesary to upload your ID and selfie, fill in information and pay the tax. Then, they said they would send you the code to enter very soon but it was sent on the day of arrival. If all this information were clearly stated on booking.com, people would feel safe. You also have to provide 300 euro as a deposit. It is only blocked and then returned promptly. Finally, everything was good but the process should be clear for everybody before the actual booking.

• Disappointing Stay -Unclean Apartment and Poor Host Communication – Kristina from Croatia – 2 May 2025 (2/10)

  The apartment was at ok location near the metro snd bus station making it accesible to reach the city.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The apartment was not cleaned prior to our arrival – they said it was but this was not even close to being clean. it was dusty throughout, the sinks were clogged, and overall hygiene was poor. To make matters worse, the hosts were unhelpful and rude. We had to wait over five days for our deposit to be returned, and when we reached out for clarification, they dismissively told us it wasn’t their responsibility and to contact the bank directly.
