The Room

My room was compact but smartly designed, with everything I actually needed and nothing I didn’t. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a three-star place, and I mean that — I’ve stayed in pricier hotels with worse mattresses. The bathroom was spotless and modern, which honestly matters more to me than fancy amenities I won’t use. There’s air conditioning that actually works (crucial during Milan’s sticky summers), and the Wi-Fi never gave me trouble.

Here’s what you won’t find in most guidebooks: the staff here genuinely knows the neighborhood and will point you toward places locals actually go. They recommended a restaurant about three blocks away that served some of the best osso buco I had in Milan — and it cost half what I would’ve paid near the cathedral.   Todo. El espacio es muy amplio y bonito, tiene un sentido de decoración muy bello. Francesco es muy cálido y su espacio demuestra calor de hogar. Las instrucciones impresas hicieron muy claro el uso del espacio y eso demuestra cuidado por el huésped, lo cual valoramos mucho. Cerca hay muy buenos lugares para comer y comprar víveres. Tiene un balcón hermoso, con una vista increíble.

  La metro rossa Turro vicina, la presenza del Carrefour market aperto H24 a due passi da lì. La presenza di bar e ristoranti di tutti i tipi, la farmacia al piano terra dell'edificio che in caso di necessità può essere molto utile. La stanza era sempre ben riscaldata grazie alla presenza del riscaldamento, bella vista sulla città e fiume dal bancone, c'era tutto il necessario nella stanza, il signor Francesco molto gentile e disponibile quindi lo consiglio vivamente

  1. The Host was a really nice man and he made sure to accommodate us in every possible way.
  2. The location is excellent as it is really near to two metro stations: Gorla and Turro.
  3. Carrefour is on walking distance to the hotel so that you can buy anything you want and it's open 24/7
  
  What could be improved: 1. The room didn't have an Air conditioner which was brutal in this scorching heat of Italy in August. We recommended to the host to put it as soon as possible.
  2. There was microwave oven but no proper cutlery to heat food.

  close-by to the supermarket that is open 24/7 & close to the train station which is a short ride away to the center/duomo, hosts were super friendly, helpful & communicative. room was very spacious & the shower had good water pressure, would stay again!

  Francesco seemed to be very kind even though it was a bit difficult to communicate in English. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, everything was as described. The location is amazing, there is a market, a bakery and several restaurants and cafés nearby as well as the metro station. The balcony is right above the canal. We enjoyed our stay and we can recommend it. Grazie 🙂
