  Con adecuado mantenimiento ( el apto) , aseo regular.
  Buena ubicación por cercanía a una cuadra y media de estación central.
  
  What could be improved: El sitio da una sensación de inseguridad al igual que el edificio que se encuentra en muy malas condiciones , oscuro, sucio , sin mantenimiento , en realidad es un apartamento que no debe ser de arriendo para turismo, si bien no nos pasó nada la sensación de inseguridad es terrible.

  L'appartamento è pulito, moderno e ben rifornito di tutto ciò che può servire inoltre si trova a due passi dalla stazione centrale e dal bus Stop per gli aeroporti.

  What could be improved: Purtroppo non c'è l'ascensore e se si hanno tanti bagagli come i miei ospiti, diventa un problema.
  L'ambiente non è il massimo, il palazzo è vecchio e malandato e i miei ospiti non si sono trovati a loro agio, è anche vero che il costo è molto conveniente.

  Non posso che ringraziare questo gestore per aver reso il mio soggiorno a Milano un successo, nonostante un inizio disastroso. La sera del mio arrivo, l'appartamento che avevo prenotato con un altro host si è allagato e non mi è stata offerta alcuna alternativa. Erano le 21 e la situazione sembrava senza speranza. Ho contattato questo gestore e la sua risposta è stata immediata e incredibilmente rassicurante. In pochi minuti ho avuto la conferma per un nuovo appartamento. L'alloggio era impeccabile, accogliente e mi ha permesso di rilassarmi dopo una giornata stressante. La prontezza e la professionalità del gestore hanno fatto davvero la differenza. Se cercate un servizio affidabile, un appartamento pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli a 2 passi dalla stazione centrale di Milano,, questo è il posto giusto,
