The room I stayed in was genuinely spacious — not just by European standards, but actually roomy. The kitchen setup was better than I expected, with a proper fridge and enough counter space to actually prepare something beyond instant coffee. I appreciated the separate sleeping area; it makes the space feel more like a temporary home than just another hotel room. The four-star rating feels right — everything works well without trying to be fancy about it.

Practical Details

The staff here actually knows the neighborhood, which sounds basic but isn’t always the case. They pointed me toward a great restaurant just two blocks away that I never would’ve found otherwise — one of those places where the menu’s only in Italian and the pasta is genuinely perfect. Wi-Fi was solid throughout my stay, and the building stays surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the station. There’s no spa or fancy amenities, but honestly, you’re in Milan — the whole city is your amenity.

  What could be improved: 事情があり、チェックイン前に荷物を預けられるように調整したものの直前になり日曜は難しいと言われてしまい予定が狂った。渋ったところ当時状況を連絡します、と言われたものの連絡はなし。期待せず結局自分でロッカーを探した。この複数回のやりとりはストレスだった。次回は期待せず最初から荷物はロッカーを使用するかな。

  What could be improved: The air conditioning in the bedroom was not very cool, but luckily the weather in early September was not too hot.

  It was close to the train station and metro, which was convenient for us. The main bed was OK. We got clear instructions on how to check in and were able to leave our luggage an hour before check-in, thanks to our host. Shower/toiletteries were OK and well maintained.
  
  What could be improved: It's a very a small appart, sofa was not suitable to sleep for kids. Air conditioning hardly worked and it was hot. From my overall experience, it could suit couple not a family.
  There was a smell from sigarettes in the shower, it comes from the building, not from the apparts which we got clean.

  Little nice clean apartment with lot’s of storage places and perfect position – right next to central station. Instructions for checkin was helpful.
  
  What could be improved: When we ring after our coming on the first day, nobody answer or open the enter head door. Luckily somebody leaves and open the door. Coffee or tea was not for 4 persons and 2 days – but thats minimal point 🙂
