  Although the hotel feels a bit like a business hotel in center of the city, the friendly staff reduces this immediately upon your arrival! The hotel has everything to provide you a comfortabel and relaxing stay! Great location, always from the Duomo Square but close to historica monuments, shopping and restaurants!

  The location is very good, the room is nice and clean, the staff is hard working and helpful, and the breakfast is okay.
  
  What could be improved: When I arrived, I told the reception that I wanted an extra bed for an additional fee, as in other hotels. I was informed that it was not possible and that I had to book a second room, and thus I was forced to pay additional big amounts that were not in my accounts.
